Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is in stock at Mascom International for KSh 4,400, as a brand new and sealed PS5 physical disc in the standard edition. Published by CI Games, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a first-person sniping game set in Kuamar, a fictional modern-day Middle Eastern country. You play Reaper, a contract sniper sent to remove targets from distances of more than a kilometre. Collect your copy at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for pay-on-arrival delivery anywhere in Kenya. The disc plays on any PS5 console with a working disc drive.
Built for patient players who would rather plan one shot than spray a hundred, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 rewards scouting, wind reading and timing. Gamers from Westlands to Kisumu who have finished the loud, fast shooters often ask us for something slower and more thoughtful. Each contract hands you a target and a large open area, then leaves the route, the rifle and the hiding spot to you. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 also suits busy adults who play in short evening sessions, since each map breaks into separate objectives you can tackle one night at a time.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that stock only the newest big releases, Mascom International keeps proven PS5 titles like Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 on the shelf next to Sniper Elite 5 and Sniper Elite Resistance. That means you can compare three sniping games in one visit and pick the one that fits how you play. Customers across Nairobi tell us the long-range shots in Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 are what keep them coming back. Walk into our Kimathi Street store Monday through Saturday, or send a WhatsApp message and have the sealed disc brought to your door.
Common Questions About the Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2
How much is Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 for PS5 in Kenya?
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 costs KSh 4,400 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD, brand new and sealed on PS5 physical disc. That price covers the standard edition disc in its retail case, the 6-month Mascom disc warranty, and pay-on-arrival delivery. You inspect the seal before you hand over cash or pay by M-Pesa. Nairobi orders usually arrive the same day. If you are already buying a DualSense controller or a headset from us, adding the disc to the same order saves you a second delivery.
What do you actually do in Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2?
In Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 you take paid contracts to eliminate targets across large open maps in Kuamar, a fictional Middle Eastern country in 2021. You play in first person as Reaper, choosing your approach, rifle and firing position before each shot. The headline feature is extreme long-range sniping, with challenges built around shots from over a kilometre away. One trailer kill shot covered 1,506 metres. Bullet drop and wind matter at those distances, so you scout, mark enemies and plan an exit before pulling the trigger.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 vs Sniper Elite 5, which is better on PS5?
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 suits players who want modern rifles and extreme distance, while Sniper Elite 5 suits those who want history and a partner. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is set in 2021 and played in first person. Sniper Elite 5 is set in 1944 France and played in third person. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is a solo campaign for 1 player, whereas Sniper Elite 5 lets 2 players share its campaign in co-op. Mascom International stocks both, so choose by setting and by whether you play alone.
Does Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 look better on PS5 than on PS4?
Yes. The PS5 version of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 gives you two display modes: a performance mode at 60 frames per second in 2K, and a visual mode at 4K and 30 frames per second. It also brings upgraded textures and faster loading from the PS5 solid-state drive. Pick performance mode for smoother aiming on a Full HD or 2K screen. Pick visual mode on a 4K TV when sharper distant detail helps you spot targets. The PS5 edition followed the PS4 release by almost three months.
Will this disc work on the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition or PlayStation 5 Pro?
The Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 disc plays directly on any PS5 that has a disc drive, including the original PS5 and the PlayStation 5 Slim disc version. The PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and the PlayStation 5 Pro ship without a drive, so they need the official PS5 Disc Drive attached first. Once that drive is fitted, the disc installs and plays the same way. It will not run on a PS4, because this is the PS5 build. Tell us on WhatsApp which console you own and we will confirm before you order.
Do you need internet to play Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 in Kenya?
No, the Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 campaign plays offline from the disc once installed, so a broken internet line does not stop a session. You will want a connection at the start, because PS5 games usually download a patch on first launch, and Safaricom Home Fibre or Zuku handles that comfortably. If power cuts are common in your estate, finish the objective you are on before stopping and keep the console on a UPS. A UPS also shields the PS5 from voltage surges when supply returns.
Is Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 suitable for teenagers?
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 carries an ESRB Mature rating on the cover, which means it is rated for players aged 17 and older. The game centres on shooting human targets through a rifle scope, with visible blood. Parents buying for younger teenagers should treat the rating as a firm guide. PS5 family settings let you block games above a chosen age rating on a child's profile, so a shared console in a family home stays under control. For a younger player, ask Mascom International for a sports or racing title instead.
Who should buy Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, and who should skip it?
Buy Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 if you enjoy patience, planning and the payoff of a long, clean shot from a hidden position. It suits adults who play alone and like replaying a contract to complete more of its objectives. Skip it if you want to share the campaign with a friend, or if you prefer fast run-and-gun action, because missions punish loud play. Players who want co-op are better served by Sniper Elite Resistance, which Mascom International also stocks on PS5.
Why buy the Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 disc instead of downloading it?
A physical disc of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 gives you a copy you own outright and can lend, trade or resell later. Most of the game installs from the disc itself, so the internet only carries the patch rather than the full game, which spares your Airtel or Safaricom data bundle. You can also pay in cash at our counter, with no PlayStation Store card or international bank card needed. When you finish the game, the disc still holds value for a swap with a friend.
Technical Specifications
Gameplay and Mission Structure
- Genre: tactical first-person sniper shooter, so you look down your own rifle scope rather than over a shoulder.
- Setting: Kuamar, a fictional Middle Eastern country in 2021, built as large open maps with long sight lines.
- Main character: Reaper, a contract sniper, so each map is framed as a paid job with clearly named targets.
- Long-range focus: challenges designed for shots from over a kilometre away, the biggest gameplay change in this sequel.
- Ballistics: bullet drop and wind affect every long shot, so judging range matters as much as steady aim.
- Players: single-player campaign for 1 player, so progress depends only on you and needs no online partner.
PS5 Display and Performance Modes
- Performance mode: 60 frames per second at 2K resolution, giving smoother scope movement when tracking walking targets.
- Visual mode: 4K resolution at 30 frames per second, giving sharper distant detail on a 4K television.
- Textures: upgraded over the earlier console versions, so buildings and terrain look cleaner when zoomed through a scope.
- Loading: faster load times from the PS5 solid-state drive, cutting the wait when you restart a failed attempt.
- Screen support: runs on any TV or monitor the PS5 supports, with 4K output needing a 4K screen.
DualSense Controller Support
- Adaptive triggers: each weapon gives a distinct trigger feel, so a heavy rifle and a pistol respond differently.
- Trigger intensity: adjustable in the PS5 system settings, useful if long sessions tire your trigger finger.
- Standard controller: works with the DualSense boxed with every PS5, so no extra controller purchase is required.
- Second controller: not needed, since the campaign runs for one player at a time on one console.
- Charging: the DualSense charges over USB-C between contracts, using the cable supplied with your console.
Console Compatibility
- Platform: PS5 build of the game, so the disc will not play on a PS4 console.
- Disc consoles: plays straight from the disc on the original PS5 and the PlayStation 5 Slim disc version.
- Driveless consoles: PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and PlayStation 5 Pro need the official PS5 Disc Drive attached first.
- Disc check: the disc must stay in the drive to play, which confirms ownership of the installed copy.
- Shared consoles: any user profile on the PS5 can play while the disc sits in the drive.
Disc, Installation and Updates
- Format: PS5 game disc in a standard retail case, the same physical format as every PS5 release.
- Installation: the PS5 copies game data from the disc to internal storage before the first session starts.
- Free space: the console shows the space required before installing, so you can clear older games first.
- Updates: patches download over the internet and live on the console storage, never on the disc itself.
- Free content: the first major add-on, a new region, was released free to all players on every platform.
- Edition: standard edition with the base game, the version most buyers start with.
Rating and Release Details
- ESRB rating: Mature, printed on the cover, meaning content rated for players aged 17 and older.
- Original release: 4 June 2021 on PS4, Xbox and PC, giving years of patches before you play.
- PS5 release: 24 August 2021, the version on this disc, with the PS5 display modes and trigger support.
- Parental controls: PS5 family settings can block Mature-rated games on a child's profile without affecting adult accounts.
- Online requirement: none for the campaign after installation, though downloading patches needs a connection.
- Condition: brand new in factory shrink wrap, never opened or played before it reaches you.
