Call of Duty Modern Warfare II for PlayStation 5 is now in stock at Mascom International for KSh 6,000, brand new and sealed in its standard edition case. Developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is a PEGI 18 first-person shooter first released on 28 October 2022. One disc covers a full single-player campaign, online multiplayer and two-player Special Ops co-op missions. Collect your copy at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for delivery anywhere in Kenya.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare II suits players who want present-day combat that feels grounded rather than futuristic. There are no jetpacks, wall-running or zombie hordes here, only soldiers, current-era rifles and tight urban firefights. Many shooters now chase spectacle, and long-time fans miss the slower, tactical pace. This game answers that with weighty recoil, careful sniper missions and night raids that reward patience. University students sharing a console in a Juja hostel can finish the story over a few evenings, then move straight into online matches. Shift workers who only get an hour after dinner can clear a single mission per sitting and still feel real progress.

At KSh 6,000, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II costs KSh 1,800 less than Modern Warfare III on our shelves, yet it carries the stronger linear campaign of the two. Where many Nairobi game shops sell opened or resealed discs without a receipt, Mascom International supplies factory-sealed copies with a proper invoice. Buyers throughout Kenya tell us a sealed disc with a receipt is what makes resale easy later. Visit our Kimathi Street store to pick up Call of Duty Modern Warfare II today, or order on WhatsApp for pay-on-arrival delivery.

Yes, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is worth KSh 6,000 for players who want a complete modern military campaign plus multiplayer on live servers. At Mascom International the sealed PS5 disc sits KSh 1,800 below the Modern Warfare III price. You get the full Task Force 141 story, the Special Ops co-op missions and the free post-launch maps Activision added during its seasons. Because it is a disc, you can also resell or swap it later, which a digital purchase never allows.

The Modern Warfare II campaign follows Task Force 141, a special forces unit led by Captain John Price, as it hunts a stolen missile threat. Simon "Ghost" Riley, John "Soap" MacTavish and Kyle "Gaz" Garrick fight alongside Mexican Special Forces officer Alejandro Vargas. Missions move from sniper overwatch and night raids to stealth infiltration and vehicle chases, across settings in Mexico, Amsterdam and the Middle East. The tone stays serious and present-day, with no science-fiction weapons or futuristic movement.

Buy Modern Warfare II at KSh 6,000 if the campaign matters most, and Modern Warfare III at KSh 7,800 if you mostly play online. Modern Warfare II has the longer, more polished story built around scripted set-piece missions. Modern Warfare III continues the Task Force 141 story against Makarov, but its campaign is shorter and leans on open combat missions. In return, Modern Warfare III adds a Zombies mode and remastered maps from the 2009 Modern Warfare 2, and newer titles usually hold busier lobbies.

Yes, online multiplayer and online Special Ops for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II on PS5 require an active PlayStation Plus membership. The single-player campaign does not need PS Plus, so a story-only player pays nothing beyond the disc. Activision may also ask for a mobile phone number linked to your Activision account, so keep a working line handy when you first sign in. Ask Mascom International on WhatsApp about PS Plus memberships if you plan to play online from day one.

No, the Modern Warfare II disc holds only about 72MB of data, so your PS5 must download the game before you can play. At launch that download measured roughly 150GB, and patches have changed the size since then. On Safaricom Home Fibre, Zuku or Faiba, leave the console downloading overnight rather than burning mobile bundles. Plug the PS5 into a UPS if KPLC outages are common in your estate, so a power cut does not stall the install halfway.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare II uses DualSense haptic feedback so recoil, explosions and footsteps register as distinct vibrations in your hands. Adaptive triggers add resistance that shifts with each weapon, which helps you feel the gap between a light SMG and a heavy marksman rifle. Tempest 3D AudioTech places gunfire and footsteps around you through TV speakers or stereo headphones, so you can locate enemies by sound. All three features work on the standard controller that comes with every PS5.

Yes, Sony lists Call of Duty Modern Warfare II for one to two local players, so a second DualSense lets a friend join on the same screen. Local split-screen covers selected multiplayer modes, which suits brothers, flatmates or a Saturday session in the sitting room. Special Ops co-op works differently, pairing you online with a partner, so both players need PS Plus. A spare DualSense from Mascom International is the only extra hardware you need for couch play.

No, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II carries a PEGI 18 rating for strong violence and bad language, and Sony also flags optional in-game purchases. Some missions show torture, civilian danger and graphic close-range killing, so the rating reflects real content rather than caution. Parents buying for anyone under 18 should review the rating first and set PS5 parental controls for spending and online chat. Younger players are better served by a racing or sports title from our PS5 shelf.

Buy Call of Duty Modern Warfare II if you want a cinematic, grounded campaign and classic six-versus-six firefights at a mid-range price. Skip it if you want zombies, fast omnidirectional movement or the busiest online lobbies; Black Ops 6 or Modern Warfare III suit those players better, and Mascom International stocks both. Skip it too if your home has no fixed broadband, because the large download makes a mobile-data install expensive and slow.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare II arrives factory-sealed in its original PS5 retail packaging. Inside you will find:

The case holds no separate download voucher, because the disc itself unlocks the full install. Spare DualSense controllers and PS5 storage expansion are available separately at Mascom International.

The Call of Duty Modern Warfare II disc carries a 6-month Mascom International warranty on manufacturing defects, including a disc that fails to read on a working PS5. Keep your receipt and the original case, because our Nairobi CBD service desk handles claims directly. Physical damage after purchase, such as scratches or cracks, falls outside this cover.
