Prince of Persia The Lost Crown for PS5 is available at Mascom International for KSh 4,500, sold as a brand new and sealed physical disc in the Standard Edition. Developed and published by Ubisoft, it launched on January 18, 2024, as a single-player Metroidvania set in a cursed, Persian-inspired world called Mount Qaf. Prince of Persia The Lost Crown carries an ESRB Teen rating and runs at 60 frames per second on PS5. Collect your copy at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for pay-on-arrival delivery anywhere in Kenya.
Built for PS5 owners who want a focused adventure instead of another open-world chore list, Prince of Persia The Lost Crown puts you in the boots of Sargon. He is the youngest member of the Immortals, an elite warrior group sent to rescue a kidnapped prince. You fight through ruined palaces, forests and caverns, earning time powers that open fresh routes across the map. University students at Kenyatta University and Strathmore will find the manual saves friendly to short evening sessions between assignments. Parents buying for teenagers get adjustable difficulty, so a younger player is not stuck on one boss for days.
Critics rated Prince of Persia The Lost Crown highly, with Game Informer scoring it 9.5 out of 10 and VentureBeat giving it 90 out of 100. Unlike sellers who trade only through a phone number, Mascom International hands over factory-sealed discs from a store you can walk into. Buyers throughout Kenya tell us a physical copy matters because it can be lent to a friend or resold later. Pay by M-Pesa or cash when the parcel reaches your door, or visit our Kimathi Street store and leave with Prince of Persia The Lost Crown the same day.
Common Questions About the Prince of Persia The Lost Crown
How much is the Prince of Persia The Lost Crown PS5 disc in Kenya?
Prince of Persia The Lost Crown costs KSh 4,500 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD, brand new on PS5 disc. That price covers the Standard Edition with the full base game on the disc. It also includes the 6-month Mascom warranty on the disc itself. Delivery is pay-on-arrival, so you hand over payment only after checking the seal on the case. The Mask of Darkness story expansion is not on this disc and is bought separately through the PlayStation Store.
Is Prince of Persia The Lost Crown worth buying in Kenya?
Yes, if you enjoy precise platforming and demanding boss fights, Prince of Persia The Lost Crown gives strong value at KSh 4,500. PC Mag scored it 9.5 out of 10. You get a large interconnected map, time powers that unlock new paths, and amulets that change how Sargon fights. A disc also keeps some of its value, because you can resell it or swap it with friends once you finish. A digital download from the PlayStation Store never allows that, and it stays locked to one account.
Prince of Persia The Lost Crown Standard Edition or Complete Edition: which should you choose?
The Standard Edition on this disc holds the full main adventure, while the Complete Edition adds the Mask of Darkness expansion and cosmetic extras. Mask of Darkness brings four new areas and roughly 4 to 6 hours of play, against none on the Standard disc. The Complete Edition also adds outfits for Sargon, the Prosperity Bird Amulet and a digital adventure guide. Pick the Standard disc for the main story at KSh 4,500, with the option to add the expansion later.
Will the Prince of Persia The Lost Crown disc work on a PlayStation 5 Pro or Digital Edition?
The disc plays on any PS5 with a disc drive, including the launch model and the standard PlayStation 5 Slim. The PlayStation 5 Pro and the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition have no built-in drive. Both need the separately sold PS5 Disc Drive attached before they can read it. After installing, the console still checks for the disc each time you start the game. This is a PS5 disc, so it will not run on a PS4 console.
Can you play Prince of Persia The Lost Crown offline during a power cut or when data runs out?
Yes, Prince of Persia The Lost Crown supports offline play, so a finished install runs without an internet connection. Manual saving lets you lock in progress the moment the lights flicker, which helps during KPLC outages that switch the console off without warning. Updates download whenever you reconnect, and a Safaricom Home Fibre or Zuku line pulls them faster than mobile bundles. Pair your PS5 with a UPS from Mascom International if blackouts hit your estate often.
Is Prince of Persia The Lost Crown suitable for children?
Prince of Persia The Lost Crown carries an ESRB Teen rating, which means it suits players aged 13 and above. The rating lists blood, mild language and violence as its content descriptors. Combat is fantasy sword fighting against creatures and corrupted soldiers. The game is single-player only, so there is no online chat with strangers. Parents of younger children may prefer to sit in on the first hour before handing over the controller.
Who should buy Prince of Persia The Lost Crown, and who should skip it?
Buy Prince of Persia The Lost Crown if you enjoy exploring a big map, learning boss patterns and returning to old areas with new powers. It suits patient solo players and fans of the series' earlier games. Skip it if you mainly play online with friends, because there is no multiplayer mode of any kind. Players who want quick matches after work are better served by a multiplayer sports or shooter title. Our team can tell you which of those PS5 games are in stock on WhatsApp.
How hard is Prince of Persia The Lost Crown for a beginner?
Prince of Persia The Lost Crown is demanding on its higher settings, but adjustable difficulty makes it fair for newcomers. You can turn on control and tutorial reminders and drill tricky jumps in a dedicated practice mode. Simplified quick time events remove the need for rapid button presses. Controller remapping lets you move actions to buttons you find comfortable. The PlayStation listing counts 26 accessibility features in total, so most players can shape the game around their own skill level.
