Ghost of Yotei is available at Mascom International for KSh 8,300 as a PS5 physical disc, Standard Edition, brand new and sealed in its original retail case. Sony Interactive Entertainment publishes the game, and Sucker Punch Productions, the studio behind Ghost of Tsushima, developed it. Ghost of Yotei first released on 2 October 2025 as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. You play as Atsu, a lone mercenary hunting the six outlaws who killed her family 16 years earlier. Collect your copy at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it delivered.

Ghost of Yotei suits PS5 owners who want a long single-player story they can play at their own pace after work or lectures. Students at the University of Nairobi, Kenyatta University and Strathmore fit that pattern, and so do office workers and parents who game after the children sleep. A disc also removes a real cost: you do not download the whole game over a capped data bundle. The game installs from the disc, so only patches need the internet. Once installed, the main story plays offline on evenings when the home connection drops.

Where many Nairobi game sellers hand over discs with no receipt or after-sales contact, Mascom International sells every Ghost of Yotei copy factory sealed, with a written warranty and a store you can walk back into. Customers across Nairobi tell us a sealed disc also keeps its resale value once the story is finished. Pay with M-Pesa or cash when the parcel arrives, with same-day delivery in Nairobi and its environs. Ghost of Yotei also makes a sensible gift for any PS5 owner who finished Ghost of Tsushima and asked what to play next.

Ghost of Yotei costs KSh 8,300 at Mascom International in Nairobi, brand new and factory sealed on PS5 physical disc. That price covers the Standard Edition disc in its original PlayStation retail case, plus the 6-month Mascom International warranty on the disc. Delivery is pay-on-arrival, so you hand over the money only once the sealed copy is in your hands. The price sits KSh 2,600 above the Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut disc, which Mascom International sells at KSh 5,700.

No, Ghost of Yotei is a standalone story, so you can start it without ever playing Ghost of Tsushima. Sucker Punch set it several hundred years after Tsushima, in Ezo on the northern edge of Japan around Mount Yotei. Jin Sakai does not appear, although his legend still echoes through the world. The studio describes the game as an evolution of the first game's design rather than a direct follow-on. Returning players will spot familiar ideas, while newcomers miss nothing essential to the plot.

Pick Ghost of Yotei for the newer game, and the Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut for the lower price and fuller package. Ghost of Yotei released on 2 October 2025, while the Director's Cut arrived on 20 August 2021. At Mascom International the Ghost of Yotei disc costs KSh 8,300 against KSh 5,700 for the Director's Cut. The Director's Cut bundles the Iki Island expansion and Legends mode on the disc. The Ghost of Yotei Standard disc carries the base game, with Legends added by free update.

Ghost of Yotei needs a PlayStation 5 with a working disc drive to read the physical copy. Digital Edition consoles and the PlayStation 5 Pro play it only after you attach Sony's detachable Disc Drive, sold separately. PS5 game discs are not region locked, so a console brought back from Dubai, London or the US reads the same disc. The game does not run on a PS4. Send Mascom International your console model on WhatsApp and the team confirms compatibility before you order.

Yes, Ghost of Yotei plays as a one-player game fully offline once it is installed from the disc. You need the internet only for patches, the free Legends co-op update and other online features. During KPLC power cuts the console switches off with the house, so progress since your last save can be lost. Save often before evening outages, or run the console from a UPS so you have time to reach a save point. Mascom International stocks UPS units suited to that job.

The Ghost of Yotei Standard Edition disc includes the base game, and Legends arrives as a free update for every owner. Legends is online co-op for 2 to 4 players against supernatural versions of the Yotei Six, and it needs PS Plus. Echoes of Sekigahara, a story expansion, and Most Wanted, a combat survival mode, belong to the Complete Edition. Disc owners can add both through the Complete Edition Upgrade on the PlayStation Store. A Safaricom Home Fibre or Zuku line handles those downloads without trouble.

On a PlayStation 5 Pro, Ghost of Yotei uses PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, or PSSR, an AI upscaler that sharpens the picture. The Pro also switches on ray tracing for reflections, shadows and global illumination, so light through forests and over snow behaves more naturally. A standard PS5 still runs the full game with fast SSD loading and Tempest 3D AudioTech. Both consoles share the same DualSense feel, with adaptive triggers on the bow and grappling hook and haptic feedback in sword fights.

Ghost of Yotei suits adult PS5 owners who enjoy sword combat, riding across open country and a revenge story told over many evenings. It carries an ESRB Mature 17+ rating for blood and gore, intense violence, language, partial nudity, and drug and alcohol references. Parents buying for younger children should skip it and choose a family title instead. Buyers on a tighter budget, or anyone curious about where the series began, may prefer the Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut from Mascom International.

Ghost of Yotei reaches you exactly as Sony packed it, with the factory shrink-wrap unbroken. Inside the seal you get:

Mascom International adds nothing to the box and removes nothing from it. The Complete Edition extras are not part of this Standard Edition copy. Check that the seal is intact when the parcel arrives, before you pay the rider.

Claims are handled directly at our Nairobi CBD service desk at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street. Bring the disc and its case, and our team takes the claim from there.
