LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is available at Mascom International for KSh 6,300, brand new and sealed in its Nintendo Switch retail case. Published by Warner Bros. and developed by TT Games, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes lets you build, smash and solve puzzles as more than 100 Marvel characters, with the Asgard Pack and Super Pack add-ons included. The edition pictured in our shop is a code-in-a-box release, meaning the case holds a download code rather than a game card. You can collect LEGO Marvel Super Heroes from our shop at Old Mutual Building, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it with pay-on-arrival delivery.
Built for children, parents and siblings across Kenya, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes turns Iron Man, Spider-Man, Hulk and the X-Men into LEGO figures, each with their own powers. Many families want a game two people can enjoy together without arguing over a single controller. Here a second player can join on the same screen at any moment, so a parent and child in Kilimani or Kisumu can play side by side. Puzzles are gentle, nobody loses progress for good, and the slapstick humour keeps school-age children busy through the April, August and December holidays.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that sell code boxes without saying so, Mascom International tells you plainly what is inside before you pay. Customers across Nairobi tell us they want to know whether a Switch game comes on a card or as a code before they buy. That is why we explain the download, the internet connection and the Nintendo Account each code needs. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm the format of the unit in stock, then visit our store or have LEGO Marvel Super Heroes delivered to your door, paid on arrival.
Common Questions About the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes
How much is the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes for Nintendo Switch in Kenya?
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes for Nintendo Switch costs KSh 6,300 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD, sealed in its retail case. The pictured edition holds a download code rather than a game card. The price includes our 6-month warranty, which covers a code that fails to redeem, and pay-on-arrival delivery to all 47 counties. Among our Switch games, it is KSh 200 below Cars 3 Driven to Win at KSh 6,500 and KSh 300 above Mortal Kombat 11 at KSh 6,000.
Is LEGO Marvel Super Heroes on Switch a cartridge or a download code?
The LEGO Marvel Super Heroes edition pictured at Mascom International is a retail case with a download code inside and no game card. Major UK and European retailers sell this game on Switch as a code-in-a-box release. You redeem the code on the Nintendo eShop, then download the full game to your console. Because shipments can differ, message us on WhatsApp at +254 708 852 521 to confirm the format of the unit we hold before you order.
How does LEGO Marvel Super Heroes compare with Cars 3 Driven to Win for children?
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is a story-led puzzle and action adventure, while Cars 3 Driven to Win is a racing game built around short races and battle events. At Mascom International they cost KSh 6,300 and KSh 6,500. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes suits children who enjoy exploring, collecting characters and solving puzzles alongside a parent. Cars 3 Driven to Win suits young fans of the films who want quick laps and instant action. Pick by whether your child prefers stories or speed.
What internet do I need to download LEGO Marvel Super Heroes in Kenya?
You need a working internet connection and a Nintendo Account to redeem and download LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, because the box holds a code, not a game card. Home fibre from Safaricom or Zuku makes the download quickest, while a Safaricom or Airtel Kenya mobile hotspot also works if your data bundle is large enough. Once installed, the story plays offline, so KPLC power cuts or a weak signal will not stop handheld play on a charged Switch.
Who should buy LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, and who should skip it?
Buy LEGO Marvel Super Heroes if you want a relaxed co-op game for a parent and child, or for young Marvel fans aged seven and up. Skip it if you want competitive versus matches or online play, since co-op here works on one console only. Older players after a darker hero story should look at the Batman Arkham Trilogy at KSh 7,500. Buyers who want a physical game card they can lend or resell should choose a card-based title from our Switch range.
How many characters are in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes?
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes offers more than 100 playable characters, including Iron Man, Spider-Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor and Wolverine. The Switch version includes the Asgard Pack and Super Pack add-ons, which bring Malekith, Jane Foster, Sif, Dark Phoenix, Winter Soldier and Beta Ray Bill. Between story levels you explore an open LEGO Manhattan, unlocking vehicles, side missions and gold bricks. Each hero has a different ability, so returning to old levels with fresh characters opens hidden areas.
Does LEGO Marvel Super Heroes work on the Switch Lite and Switch 2?
Yes, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes runs on the Switch, Switch OLED and Switch Lite, and retail listings mark it as compatible with Switch 2. On the Lite, two-player co-op needs a second controller paired to the console, since its controls are built in. Because this edition is a digital download, the game is tied to your Nintendo Account rather than a card. That means it cannot be lent or resold like a cartridge, though you can re-download it free on a later console.
Can two players play LEGO Marvel Super Heroes on one Switch?
Yes, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes supports two-player local co-op on one Switch, and the second player can join or leave at any time. The two attached Joy-Con are enough to start, one held sideways by each player. The screen splits when players move apart, so each keeps their own view of the action. There is no online co-op, so both players sit at the same console, which suits brothers and sisters sharing a TV after school.
Technical Specifications
Gameplay Content and Modes
- More than 100 playable characters — Iron Man, Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor and the X-Men each bring their own abilities to puzzles.
- Asgard Pack and Super Pack included — the add-ons bring Malekith, Kurse, Jane Foster, Sif, Dark Phoenix, Winter Soldier and Beta Ray Bill.
- Open LEGO Manhattan hub — between story levels you roam the city, unlock vehicles and pick up side missions at your own pace.
- Story levels at Marvel landmarks — locations include Stark Tower, the X-Mansion, Asteroid M and Asgard, each with its own puzzles.
- Free Play replays — revisit cleared levels with any unlocked hero to reach hidden areas and collectibles missed the first time.
Players and Multiplayer
- One or two players — the main story is built for solo play or two-player local co-op on the same console.
- Drop-in, drop-out co-op — a second player can join or leave at any moment without restarting the current level.
- Dynamic split screen — the view divides when players wander apart and joins back together when they move close again.
- No online multiplayer — co-op works on one console only, so no Nintendo Switch Online membership is needed to play together.
- Forgiving design — falling apart costs studs, the in-game currency, rather than progress, so young children keep playing without frustration.
Console Compatibility and Performance
- Runs on every Switch model — original Switch, Switch OLED and Switch Lite all play it, with the Lite limited to handheld use.
- Switch 2 compatible — retail listings mark the game as working on Switch 2, so the download carries over if you upgrade.
- TV, tabletop and handheld play — co-op on the family TV at home, or solo handheld sessions on the move.
- Joy-Con ready — the single pair of attached Joy-Con covers two players, each holding one controller sideways like a small gamepad.
- Pro Controller option — a Pro Controller gives a fuller grip for longer sessions when the Switch is docked to a TV.
Storage and Install
- Download code, not a game card — the game installs from the Nintendo eShop after you redeem the code printed inside the case.
- Internet connection required — needed to redeem the code and download the game; afterwards the story plays without any connection.
- Nintendo Account required — the code attaches the game to your account, and later re-downloads of the same game cost nothing.
- Free storage needed — the game installs to system memory or a microSD card, so check available space before redeeming the code.
- Code region on the box — download codes match the eShop region printed on the case, so confirm the region with us before ordering.
Age Rating and Content
- PEGI 7 in Europe — suited to children aged seven and older, matching the age label on UK and European retail cases.
- Cartoon LEGO action — defeated enemies burst into LEGO pieces, with no blood or realistic injury shown at any point.
- Slapstick humour — jokes and visual gags keep the tone light for parents and children playing side by side.
- Light reading needed — younger children may need help with on-screen hints, so co-op with an older sibling or adult works well.
- Console age limits — Nintendo's parental settings let you cap daily screen time and restrict which ratings a child can launch.
