Diablo IV for PS5 is in stock at Mascom International for KSh 6,700, brand new and sealed in its original case. This Standard Edition disc from Blizzard Entertainment carries the full base game, rated ESRB Mature 17+ for blood, gore and intense violence. Diablo IV needs a live internet connection every time you play, even when you hunt alone, so a stable home line matters. Pick up your copy at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for countrywide delivery. Diablo IV plays on the launch PS5 and the PS5 Slim disc model.

Built for console players across Kenya who want a long-running action RPG rather than a weekend story game. University students at Kenyatta University and Strathmore can team up online, while siblings share one screen through two-player couch co-op. Diablo IV suits players tired of paying PlayStation Store prices in dollars by card, because this disc is paid for in shillings through M-Pesa or cash. You choose from five classes, Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue and Sorcerer, then fight across five regions of Sanctuary chasing Lilith. Free seasons keep Diablo IV fresh after the campaign ends.

Unlike a digital purchase, the Diablo IV disc stays yours to lend, trade or resell once you finish a season. Where many Nairobi stalls sell opened or pre-owned copies, Mascom International hands over factory-sealed stock with a receipt. Buyers throughout Kenya tell us a physical copy also saves data on capped plans, since the core game installs from the disc. Walk in to see the case before you pay, or order by WhatsApp and pay when the parcel reaches you. Diablo IV ships the same day within Nairobi and its environs.

Yes, Diablo IV on PS5 needs a live internet connection for every session, including solo play, and the box states Internet Required plainly. The game runs on shared Blizzard servers, so other players appear in towns and open zones around you. A Safaricom Home Fibre, Zuku or Faiba line keeps sessions steady, while phone hotspots work but can lag. If the connection drops, or a power cut switches off your router, the game returns you to the title screen.

For players who want months of play from one purchase, Diablo IV at KSh 6,700 is fair value at Mascom International. The full campaign, five classes and free seasonal updates keep the disc relevant long after the story ends. Spread across one year of seasons, the price works out to about KSh 129 per week. You also pay in shillings, with no dollar card needed. Finished players can resell the disc and recover part of the cost, which digital copies never allow.

The Diablo IV disc suits most Kenyan buyers better, because it is paid in shillings, can be resold and installs the core game without a full download. A PlayStation Store purchase needs a card that accepts dollar charges and ties the game to one account permanently. Digital copies win only on convenience, since they launch without swapping discs. Both versions still require internet and both download Blizzard patches. Owners of a PS5 without any disc drive should buy the store version instead.

Yes, Diablo IV supports two-player couch co-op on a single PS5, sharing one television screen. The second player needs their own DualSense controller, which Mascom International sells separately. Couch co-op suits siblings, couples and housemates who want to clear dungeons together without buying two consoles. The console must stay online throughout the session. For bigger groups, online parties take up to four players, each on their own console, and PlayStation lists PS Plus for online multiplayer.

Only the newer models can play it, and only with the separate PlayStation Disc Drive attached. The PS5 Slim Digital Edition and PS5 Pro both accept that add-on drive and then install the Diablo IV disc like any other console. The original 2020 PS5 Digital Edition cannot take a drive at all, so it cannot read any disc. The launch PS5 and the PS5 Slim disc model read it straight away. Bring your console details to our Kimathi Street store if unsure.

The Diablo IV Standard Edition includes the complete base campaign, all five original classes and access to free seasons. The Vessel of Hatred expansion, which adds the Spiritborn class and the Nahantu region, is sold separately on PlayStation Store. The newer Lord of Hatred expansion is also a separate purchase. Platinum, the in-game currency, buys cosmetics and the paid battle pass, but none of it is needed to finish the story. Start with the base game and add expansions only if you want more.

Yes, Diablo IV supports cross-progression, so your characters follow your Battle.net account across PS5, PC and Xbox. Link the Battle.net account to your PlayStation account on first launch, and every character saves to Blizzard servers. You still need a copy of the game on each platform you use. Cross-play also lets you group with friends on other systems, which helps households where one person plays on a gaming laptop. Guard your Battle.net login, because losing it locks away that progress.

Diablo IV suits adults who enjoy long-term character building, loot hunting and regular seasonal content with friends. Skip it if your home internet is unreliable, since every session depends on a connection. Parents should note the Mature 17+ rating covering blood, gore and strong language, so it does not suit younger children. Story-first players who prefer playing offline will be happier with a single-player disc such as Elden Ring, which runs without internet. Ask our team which PS5 titles are currently in stock.

Insert the Diablo IV disc, let the PS5 install the core game, then download the latest Blizzard update before first launch. The game asks you to link or create a free Battle.net account, which only needs an email address. Update your PS5 system software first, as PlayStation notes the latest version may be required. Keep enough SSD space free for seasonal patches. If you get stuck, our Nairobi CBD team walks you through each setup step over WhatsApp.

Your Diablo IV PS5 disc arrives factory sealed in retail shrink wrap, so you are the first person to open it. Inside the shrink wrap:

No download code for expansions, Platinum or bonus cosmetics comes with this edition. A second DualSense for couch co-op is sold separately at our Kimathi Street store.

Mascom International covers the Diablo IV disc for 6 months against manufacturing defects, such as a factory-faulty disc your PS5 cannot read. Return a faulty copy to our Nairobi CBD service desk with the receipt and we replace it with a working disc. Scratches, cracks and other physical damage after purchase fall outside this cover, as do Blizzard server outages.
