The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch is available at Mascom International for KSh 7,000, brand new and sealed, on a physical game card. This edition from CD Projekt Red puts the full base game, the Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine expansions, and 16 extra content packs on one card. The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition plays in TV, tabletop and handheld modes, so it works on the standard Switch, the OLED model and the Switch Lite. Collect your copy from our shop at Old Mutual Building, Kimathi Street, in Nairobi CBD.
Built for adult players across Kenya, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition follows Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter for hire, as he searches for his adopted daughter Ciri while the spectral Wild Hunt closes in. It is rated PEGI 18, so it suits working adults, university students at Strathmore or JKUAT, and long-time role-playing fans. Many Switch owners struggle to find a deep, grown-up story they can carry around. This card solves that: finish a monster contract on the matatu ride home, then continue the same save on the TV after dinner.
Where many Nairobi game sellers offer opened or pre-owned cards with no paperwork, Mascom International sells The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition sealed, with a receipt and a 6-month warranty. Customers across Nairobi tell us they want one large game that keeps them busy for months rather than several short ones, and this edition fits that request. Because both expansions are already on the card, there is nothing extra to buy later. Visit our Kimathi Street shop to see the case, or order The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition on WhatsApp for pay-on-arrival delivery anywhere in Kenya.
Common Questions About The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition
How much is The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch in Kenya?
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch costs KSh 7,000, factory sealed, at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD. That price covers the physical game card in its retail case, a 6-month warranty on the card, and pay-on-arrival delivery to all 47 counties. You pay by M-Pesa or cash only when the parcel reaches you. It sits KSh 500 below The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, the open-world Zelda adventure we also stock, so the two cost about the same.
Does The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition on Switch include Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine?
Yes, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition on Switch includes the base game plus both expansions, Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. The official support page also lists 16 extra content packs, covering armour, weapon and equipment sets, extra quests and a mode that lets you replay the story with your levelled character. Hearts of Stone adds a dark tale built around a stranger's bargain. Blood and Wine moves Geralt to Toussaint, a sunny wine region with its own long storyline.
Does the physical card of The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition need a download?
No, the official support page states that the base game, both expansions and all 16 extra packs sit on the single game card, with no additional download required. That matters in Kenya, where downloading a large title on Safaricom or Airtel data bundles gets expensive. You can still install free patches later over home Wi-Fi, since updates fix bugs and add small options. Those patches save to the console's internal memory or a microSD card.
Is The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition suitable for children?
No, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition is rated PEGI 18 and is made for adult players only. It contains strong violence, sexual content and strong language within a dark fantasy story about war and loss. Parents buying for a family Switch should choose a Zelda title instead, which suits younger players. Adults who share a console with children can use Nintendo's free parental controls app to limit which games a child can open.
Should I buy The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition on Switch or on PS5?
Pick the Switch version if you want to play The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition on the go, and the PS5 version if sharp visuals on a big TV matter most. The PS5 release runs at a higher resolution with faster loading and more detailed scenery. The Switch card trades some image sharpness for portability, letting you carry the full story in a bag. Both versions include the same two expansions. If you already own a PS5 and rarely travel, that console version is the better fit.
Can I play The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition during KPLC power cuts?
Yes, The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition plays fully offline, so a KPLC outage or a dead home router does not stop your game. In handheld mode the Switch runs on its own battery, so you can keep exploring until power returns. Battery life depends on your model and screen brightness, and this is a demanding title, so charge fully while the lights are on. A power bank with USB-C Power Delivery can top up the console during a long blackout.
Will The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition run on Nintendo Switch 2?
Nintendo states that most Nintendo Switch games run on Nintendo Switch 2, and physical Switch cards go into the same card slot. A small number of titles may show issues, so Nintendo keeps a compatibility list. Before buying The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition for a Switch 2, message us on WhatsApp at +254 708 852 521 and we will confirm its current status. On the original Switch, the OLED model or the Switch Lite, the card works as normal.
Who should buy The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition, and who should skip it?
Buy The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Complete Edition if you are an adult who enjoys long stories, hard moral choices and slow exploration on a portable console. Skip it if you are buying for a child, want quick ten-minute sessions, or care most about sharp graphics. Younger players will be happier with a Zelda adventure, while players chasing visual detail should look at the PS5 version. Buyers throughout Kenya who travel upcountry for work tell us it fills long bus journeys well.
Technical Specifications
Core Function and Gameplay
- Open-world role-playing game from CD Projekt Red — you guide Geralt across villages, cities, forests and islands at your own pace.
- Real-time sword combat plus Signs, simple magic spells — you mix blade strikes, dodges and spells to beat monsters and soldiers.
- Branching story choices — decisions in early quests change later events, so two players can reach separate endings with different characters alive.
- Gwent, an in-game card game — a separate pastime you can play against characters in taverns between main quests.
- Day and night cycle with changing weather — some monsters only appear at certain hours, which shapes how you plan each hunt.
- Single-player only — there is no online or local multiplayer, so the game centres fully on one player's story.
Compatibility and Play Modes
- Works on Nintendo Switch, the OLED model and Switch Lite — insert the card and play with no extra hardware.
- TV, tabletop and handheld modes — lift the console out of its dock and the game carries on without a pause.
- Switch Lite plays handheld only — the Lite cannot connect to a TV, but the full game still runs on its screen.
- Nintendo Switch 2 — Nintendo says most Switch games run on Switch 2; confirm this title's status with us on WhatsApp.
- Joy-Con and Pro Controller support — use the attached Joy-Con on the move or a Pro Controller when docked to a TV.
- Offline play — no internet connection or Nintendo Switch Online membership is needed to start or finish the story.
Build and Game Card Format
- Physical Nintendo Switch game card — a small cartridge that slots into the top of the console, with no disc drive involved.
- Factory-sealed retail case — the card arrives untouched in its shrink-wrapped case, so you are its first owner.
- Plays straight from the card — the game runs from the cartridge itself, leaving the console's internal memory free for saves and patches.
- Updates save to console memory — free patches download over Wi-Fi and store on internal memory or a microSD card.
- Region-free card — Switch game cards play on consoles bought abroad, which helps the many imported Switch units used in Kenya.
- Lendable and resellable — unlike a digital copy, you can lend the card to a friend or trade it in later.
- Progress lives on the console — save files stay on the Switch, not on the card, so swapping games keeps your progress safe.
Inclusions and Content Details
- Hearts of Stone expansion — a separate storyline built around a deal with a mysterious stranger and a cursed nobleman.
- Blood and Wine expansion — a long campaign set in Toussaint, a bright southern duchy with its own map region.
- 16 extra content packs — armour, weapon and equipment sets, extra quests and a replay mode for your levelled character.
- Rated PEGI 18 — for adult players only, due to strong violence, sexual content and strong language.
- Switch release in October 2019 — the port has received free updates since launch, installed when you connect online.
- No download code needed — every included pack sits on the card, according to the official support page.
