Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 is available at Mascom International for KSh 8,500, brand new and sealed, with the base game and the Phantom Liberty expansion stored together on a 64GB game card. Developed and published by CD Projekt Red, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition reached Nintendo Switch 2 on the console's launch day in June 2025. Because the whole game lives on the cartridge, you can slot it in and play without a huge download first. Pick up your copy at our shop on Kimathi Street in Nairobi CBD, or order it for delivery.
Built for adult gamers across Kenya who want a long, story-driven adventure they can carry anywhere, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition casts you as V, a mercenary fighting to survive a failing biochip that holds the mind of rockerboy Johnny Silverhand. Many Switch 2 owners hesitate over physical games that still demand gigabytes of downloads, which hurts on a Safaricom or Airtel Kenya bundle. This edition removes that worry. Play on the TV at home in Kilimani, then switch to handheld mode for the matatu ride to Kenyatta University. Phantom Liberty then adds a spy thriller in the walled district of Dogtown.
Where many Nairobi game sellers hand over cases with no receipt and no return path, Mascom International sells sealed copies with a written warranty and a physical store you can walk into. At Mascom International, we're seeing Switch 2 owners pick Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition as their first big adult title because the cartridge holds everything. Customers across Nairobi tell us the no-download format mattered more than they expected once they saw what other games ask for. Collect Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition in town, or order on WhatsApp and pay on arrival anywhere in Kenya.
Common Questions About the Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition
How much is Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 in Kenya?
Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 costs KSh 8,500 brand new and sealed at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD. That price covers the game case, the 64GB game card holding both the base game and Phantom Liberty, and our 6-month warranty on the card. Delivery is pay-on-arrival, so you pay by cash or M-Pesa only once the parcel is in your hands. It costs KSh 500 more than Hitman World of Assassination Signature Edition, which ships as a Game-Key Card instead.
Does Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition on Switch 2 need a download on Safaricom or Airtel data?
No, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition stores the full game on its Switch 2 game card, so the core game plays without a download. The developer picked a 64GB card so the base game and Phantom Liberty both fit on the cartridge. Patches and extra language packs still arrive through the Nintendo eShop when you connect, and those add to the space used on the console. For Kenyan buyers on capped Safaricom, Airtel or Telkom bundles, that avoids the big install that comes with Game-Key Card releases.
Should I buy Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition or Hogwarts Legacy for Switch 2?
Choose Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition for a mature first-person action RPG with the whole game on the cartridge; choose Hogwarts Legacy for a gentler wizarding adventure. Both cost KSh 8,500 at Mascom International. The real gap is format: Hogwarts Legacy comes on a Game-Key Card, so it installs about 24GB from the internet before you can play, while Cyberpunk runs from its card. Cyberpunk also carries an adult rating for violence and language, so Hogwarts Legacy suits younger teens and Harry Potter fans better.
What is Phantom Liberty, and is it included in Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition?
Yes, Phantom Liberty is included in Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition, so you never pay for it separately. It is a spy-thriller expansion set in Dogtown, a sealed-off district of Night City, where V teams up with intelligence agent Solomon Reed, played by Idris Elba. It brings extra story missions, gear, a Relic skill tree and an additional ending for V. You reach it partway through the main story, and both parts run straight from the same Switch 2 game card.
Does Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition support Joy-Con 2 mouse controls?
Yes, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition lets you use the right Joy-Con 2 as a mouse for aiming and looking around on a flat surface. Gyro aiming is also built in, so small wrist tilts fine-tune your crosshair during gunfights. Motion controls work in combat, and the touchscreen lets you tap, swipe or pinch through menus and inventory in handheld mode. Players coming from PC shooters often settle on mouse mode at a desk, then fall back to gyro and sticks on the sofa.
Will Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition work on my original Nintendo Switch?
No, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition is a Nintendo Switch 2 game card and will not load on the original Nintendo Switch or Switch Lite. Switch 2 cards are built for the newer console's hardware, and this game was never released for the first Switch. If you still own the older model, you will need a Nintendo Switch 2 console, which Mascom International sells separately in Nairobi CBD. Your existing Switch 1 cartridges, by contrast, generally play on the Switch 2.
Is Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition worth buying on Switch 2 in 2026?
Yes, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition is worth buying in 2026 if you want one long single-player game that runs anywhere. The Switch 2 release carries the reworked skill trees, police system and vehicle combat from the game's big 2.0 overhaul, so you skip the rough launch era entirely. One card covers dozens of side gigs, the main story and Phantom Liberty. With a portable console, it also survives a KPLC blackout, since handheld mode keeps running on battery.
Who should buy Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition, and who should skip it?
Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition suits adults who enjoy long stories, character builds and first-person shooting on the go. Developers, university students and commuters who want deep evenings of play on one cartridge will get the most from it. Skip it if you are buying for children, because the content is strictly adult; Mario Kart World at KSh 10,000 is a better family pick. Skip it too if you want online multiplayer, since Street Fighter 6 or EA Sports FC 26 suit competitive players.
