Mascom International stocks Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users at KSh 3,500, a genuine 1-year licence that protects five Windows PCs from one key. Once you pay by M-Pesa or at the counter, the key comes through email or WhatsApp within 1 hour, typically within minutes during store hours. Every one of the five computers gets Quick Heal Internet Security protection against viruses and ransomware, plus Safe Banking, browsing protection, a firewall and email screening. Order remotely, or walk into our store at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, and take the key away the same day.
Designed for growing businesses, school bursar offices, NGO field teams, clinics and cyber cafes, Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users covers a full small office in one purchase. Picture a logistics coordinator in Industrial Area with five desks, or a Kisumu clinic where reception, the pharmacy and three consulting rooms share one network. Staff file KRA returns, use eCitizen, and open documents from walk-in clients daily. Patching together leftover trial versions and cracked copies leaves gaps that one infected flash disk can exploit. Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users from Mascom International puts all five machines on genuine, updating protection for the year.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that sell keys through a phone number alone, Mascom International serves you from a staffed shop on Kimathi Street that you can visit before paying. Customers across Nairobi tell us the 5 User pack is how they finally got every office PC onto the same renewal date. If your Quick Heal Internet Security key ever refuses to activate, we replace it or refund you, checked against the original sale. WhatsApp us to place the order, or come in Monday through Saturday and leave with five computers covered.
Common Questions About the Quick Heal Internet Security
What is the price of Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users in Kenya?
Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users is priced at KSh 3,500 at Mascom International, Nairobi CBD, for a genuine 1-year licence on five Windows PCs. That is KSh 700 per computer for the year, or under KSh 2 per PC per day. Pay through M-Pesa or in store, and the key reaches you within 1 hour. It costs KSh 500 more than the 3 User pack, for two extra computers.
Is the 5 User pack enough for a cyber cafe or a small school computer lab?
Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users covers exactly five Windows computers, which suits a small cyber cafe, a school bursar's office or a compact computer lab. Shared public machines face constant flash disk traffic, so external drive scanning and autorun blocking matter there. Larger labs need more than one pack. Ask Mascom International on WhatsApp and we will work out how many licences your room of computers needs. Two 5 User packs, for example, cover a ten-seat lab for KSh 7,000 a year, or KSh 700 per seat.
Can I move a Quick Heal Internet Security licence to a new PC when an old office computer is replaced?
Licence transfers follow Quick Heal's own registration terms, so confirm the exact steps with Mascom International before you retire the old machine. As a rule, uninstall Quick Heal Internet Security from the outgoing PC first, then install it on the new one using the same key. Doing it in that order keeps the five-computer count accurate. Our team can walk you through it over WhatsApp at +254 708 852 521. Keep the key email or WhatsApp message saved, since you will need it again for the new computer.
Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users or Kaspersky Plus 5 Devices: which fits a small business?
Kaspersky Plus 5 Devices costs KSh 3,900 at Mascom International, KSh 400 more than Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users at KSh 3,500. Kaspersky's five slots can cover Windows PCs, Macs and smartphones. Quick Heal covers five Windows computers, with Safe Banking, a firewall, email filtering and flash disk protection. Choose Quick Heal for an office running only Windows desktops. Choose Kaspersky when staff phones or a Mac need cover too.
Does Quick Heal Internet Security work on office PCs that use a shared Safaricom or Airtel connection?
Yes, Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users runs normally on PCs sharing one office router, fibre line or Safaricom or Airtel MiFi. Each computer downloads its own updates, and its firewall watches the shared network for suspicious connections. The keys Mascom International sells are supplied for the Kenyan region and activate on Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 8 here. Macs, Android phones and iPhones are not supported.
How does M-Pesa payment and key delivery work for an office purchase?
Pay KSh 3,500 by M-Pesa or in person at our Kimathi Street store, and the Quick Heal Internet Security key arrives by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour. Businesses that need a receipt for their books can request one at the time of payment. Payments made after 7:00 PM or on Sundays are processed when the store opens the next working day. Collection at the counter is also available. Your M-Pesa confirmation message stays as proof of purchase, and the team logs each sale against that reference so any later activation query is traced fast.
Will Quick Heal Internet Security slow down older office desktops?
Quick Heal Internet Security needs at least 4GB of RAM and 2.7GB of free disk space on each computer. Office desktops that meet those figures generally run it alongside accounting software, browsers and email. Machines with only 2GB of RAM should get a memory upgrade before installation. Uninstalling any older antivirus first also keeps each PC responsive, because two security programs on one machine compete for the same resources.
What does Mascom International do if the 5 Users key stops activating on the fourth or fifth computer?
Send Mascom International a screenshot of the error and your M-Pesa reference on WhatsApp at +254 708 852 521. The team first checks for the usual causes, such as an old antivirus still installed or a mistyped character. If the Quick Heal Internet Security key itself is at fault, Mascom International replaces it or refunds you, verified against your original sale, so no computer is left unprotected.
Who should buy Quick Heal Internet Security 5 Users, and who should pick a smaller pack?
This pack fits offices, clinics, schools and cyber cafes running four or five Windows PCs, where one shared renewal saves time and money. A household with two laptops is better served by the 2 User pack at KSh 2,500. Three-desk offices can take the 3 User pack at KSh 3,000. Buyers who mainly need protection on smartphones and Macs should look at Kaspersky Plus instead.
Product Details
License Type and Validity
- Genuine 1-year licence for 5 users — one key covers five Windows computers for the full 12 months from activation.
- KSh 3,500 across five PCs equals KSh 700 per computer per year, KSh 300 less per PC than the 3 User pack.
- Buying five single-PC keys at KSh 2,200 each would cost KSh 11,000, so this pack saves KSh 7,500.
- One renewal date for the whole office replaces five separate reminders, which helps busy office managers.
- The licence period begins at activation, so a key bought before new PCs arrive loses no days.
System Requirements
- Windows 11, 10, 8.1 or 8, fully patched, in 32-bit or 64-bit editions on every machine being covered.
- At least 4GB of RAM per computer, which most office desktops sold in the last several years already have.
- 2.7GB of free disk space on each PC for the program files and growing virus definition database.
- Internet access for activation and updates, via office fibre, a shared router or a mobile data MiFi.
- Chrome, Firefox or Edge for Safe Banking and the browser sandbox, on screens of at least 1024 x 768.
Protection Features
- Ransomware protection — blocks programs that try to encrypt payroll sheets, patient records or school fee files across the office.
- Safe Banking — runs online banking and supplier payments in a protected browser space, out of reach of keystroke loggers.
- Firewall with intrusion detection and prevention — monitors the shared office network and blocks unwanted outside connections.
- External drive protection — scans every flash disk on insertion and stops autorun, important on shared or public computers.
- Email protection and spam filtering — screens desktop email for harmful attachments, though encrypted SSL email connections are not scanned.
How to Activate
- Uninstall any existing antivirus on each of the five PCs before starting, to avoid conflicts and freezes.
- Download the official Quick Heal installer from the link Mascom International sends, then run it as administrator.
- Enter the 5 Users product key during setup and register it online with the office email address.
- Repeat the same steps on each remaining computer, using the same key until all five are activated.
- Check each PC's dashboard to confirm active status, and note the expiry date for next year's renewal.
Genuine vs Cracked
- Genuine licences download official virus definitions all year, keeping five computers current against new threats as they spread.
- Cracked copies usually cannot update, so one outdated machine can expose the whole office network to infection.
- Pirated multi-user keys are often oversold and blocked without warning, leaving several PCs unprotected overnight.
- Crack tools and fake activators frequently install hidden malware, defeating the purpose of buying antivirus at all.
- A genuine key from Mascom International comes with a business receipt, a physical address and a support line.
Delivery and Source
- Key delivered by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of confirmed payment, usually within minutes during working hours.
- Sourced through legitimate, authorized channels, never resold or shared keys picked up from unknown suppliers.
- Pay by M-Pesa or at the counter at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD.
- Office staff can collect the key in person and ask installation questions face to face.
- Each sale is logged against its payment reference, so any replacement or refund is verified without delay.
