The Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard is in stock at Mascom International, priced at KSh 5,200 in Black, and every unit is brand new and sealed. It is a cable-free keyboard from Green Lion that pairs over Bluetooth with phones, tablets, laptops, desktops and televisions that accept wireless keyboards. Because it is not cut to one device, the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard moves from an Android tablet to a Windows laptop to an iPad as your day changes. Come and type on it at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, in Nairobi CBD.
Designed for accountants, sales teams, logistics coordinators and university students, the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard solves a simple problem: phones and tablets are fine for reading but slow for writing. Filling a KRA iTax return or an eCitizen form on a touchscreen invites typos in long reference numbers. With physical keys, an M-Pesa agent can log transactions faster, and a student in a Kilimani hostel can finish a term paper on a tablet. Family members can also search for shows on a living-room TV without pecking at a remote control.
Where most Nairobi electronics shops sell keyboards that only suit one brand of device, Mascom International stocks the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard because it follows the Bluetooth keyboard standard that iPadOS, Android, Windows and macOS all recognise. At Mascom International, we're seeing buyers pair one keyboard with two or three gadgets rather than paying for a dedicated case for each. The Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard costs KSh 10,300 less than our iPad-specific Green Lion Wireless Magic Keyboard Case. Visit the shop to try the keys, or order the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard with pay-on-arrival delivery.
Common Questions About the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard
What is the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard price in Kenya?
The Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard sells for KSh 5,200 in Black at Mascom International, Kimathi Street, Nairobi, factory sealed. The price includes a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects and pay-on-arrival delivery to every county. It is KSh 10,300 cheaper than the Green Lion Wireless Magic Keyboard Case and KSh 9,800 and KSh 10,200 below the Green Lion keyboard cases for iPad Air 11-inch and iPad Pro 11-inch. That gap makes it the lowest-cost way in our Green Lion range to add physical keys to a tablet.
Which devices work with the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard?
The Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard works with devices that accept standard Bluetooth keyboards, including iPads, iPhones, Android phones and tablets, Windows laptops, MacBooks and many smart TVs. Pairing happens in the device's Bluetooth settings, the same way you connect earbuds. Some shortcut keys may behave differently between systems, so a key labelled for Windows might do a slightly different job on an iPad. If your TV or tablet is older, send its model on WhatsApp and Mascom International will confirm it accepts a Bluetooth keyboard.
Should I buy the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard or the Green Lion Wireless Magic Keyboard Case?
Choose the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard if you want one keyboard for several devices at KSh 5,200. Choose the Green Lion Wireless Magic Keyboard Case at KSh 15,500 if you own an iPad 10th Gen or A16 iPad and want a touchpad, backlit keys and a protective folio built in. The GKM-70 is a standalone keyboard, so it gives the tablet no cover or stand. The Wireless Magic Keyboard Case fits only those two iPads, while the GKM-70 moves freely between phones, laptops and televisions.
Is the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard useful during power cuts in Kenya?
The Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard is useful during a KPLC power cut because it pairs straight to a phone or tablet that is still running on its own battery. Your router may go down, but you can keep drafting offline and send later on Safaricom, Airtel or Telkom mobile data. Bluetooth needs no Wi-Fi, internet bundle or USB socket. Small business owners in Kisumu or Mombasa often keep typing invoices on a tablet through an outage this way, then sync once power returns.
Can the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard control a smart TV?
Yes, the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard can type on many smart TVs that support Bluetooth keyboards, including most Android TV and Google TV sets. Searching YouTube, Netflix or Showmax by typing a title is far quicker than scrolling letters with a remote. Pair it once in the TV's Bluetooth or remote-and-accessories menu. Support varies by TV maker and age, so check your TV menu for a Bluetooth accessories option, or ask Mascom International on WhatsApp before buying for this use.
Is the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard good for office and admin work?
The Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard suits office and admin work done on tablets or small laptops, such as emails, Word documents, Google Sheets and data entry. Typing on keys lets you watch the screen instead of your fingers, which cuts errors in names, account numbers and amounts. Receptionists, clinic staff and estate agents in Upper Hill and Westlands use tablets at front desks, and a separate keyboard turns those tablets into proper workstations. Keep it beside a phone stand for a tidy setup.
Who should buy the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard, and who should skip it?
Buy the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard if you type on more than one device, need a budget keyboard for a tablet, or want easier TV search. Skip it if you want an all-in-one iPad cover with a touchpad; the Green Lion Wireless Magic Keyboard Case, or the Air and Pro versions, fits that need. Gamers who need fast, wired response and dedicated gaming keys should look at a wired gaming keyboard instead. Anyone without Bluetooth on their desktop will also need an adapter.
How do I pair the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard with my phone?
Pairing the Green Lion GKM-70 Universal Bluetooth Keyboard is quick: switch it on, put it in pairing mode, then pick it from your phone's Bluetooth list. On Android and iPhone, open Settings, tap Bluetooth, and select the keyboard when it appears. Some devices ask you to type a short code on the keyboard and press Enter to confirm. Once paired, it reconnects when both are on. Our staff at Mascom International will pair it with your phone at the counter.
Technical Specifications
Core Function and Typing
- Full set of letter, number and punctuation keys — type emails, reports and form entries faster than on a touchscreen layout.
- Bluetooth wireless connection — links to a device without a cable or USB receiver, so a phone's charging port stays free.
- Standard keyboard shortcuts — copy, paste, select all and undo work the way most office users already know.
- Physical key feedback — you feel each press, which cuts typos when entering ID numbers, KRA PINs or M-Pesa till numbers.
- Black finish — keeps dust and finger marks less visible on a busy shared desk or shop counter.
Compatibility and Pairing
- Works with iPadOS and iOS — type on an iPad or iPhone for notes, chats and long emails.
- Works with Android — phones and tablets from Samsung, Tecno, Infinix, Redmi and others accept Bluetooth keyboards.
- Works with Windows and macOS — use it with a laptop when the built-in keys wear out, or at a desk.
- Works with many smart TVs — Android TV and Google TV sets accept Bluetooth keyboards for quicker search.

- Cable-free design — nothing to tangle in a backpack or trip over on a cramped office desk.
- Standalone keyboard — sits apart from the screen, so you can place a tablet on a stand at eye level and type comfortably.

- Wipe-clean keys — a dry cloth removes the dust that settles in Nairobi offices during the dry season.
- Universal layout — one keyboard replaces several device-specific cases in a home or small office.
