Quick Heal Internet Security 1 User is a genuine 1-year licence key for one Windows PC, available at Mascom International for KSh 2,200. After you pay by M-Pesa or in store, the key reaches you by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour, often within minutes during working hours. Quick Heal Internet Security covers virus, malware and ransomware protection, plus Safe Banking, browsing protection, a firewall and email filtering. It is sold from our walk-in store at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, so you can also pay and collect the key at the counter.

Built for university students, freelancers, accountants and home users across Kenya, the Quick Heal Internet Security 1 User licence suits anyone with a single laptop that handles money and work. That laptop is often where you log into your bank, file returns on KRA iTax, and open email attachments from strangers. Cracked antivirus from forums, or keys sold cheaply on social media, tend to stop updating or get blocked after a few weeks, leaving the machine exposed. Quick Heal Internet Security from Mascom International gives you a real key that keeps receiving official virus updates for the full 12 months.

Unlike anonymous sellers who take M-Pesa and disappear, Mascom International is a registered business with a physical store you can walk into on Kimathi Street, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Customers across Nairobi tell us that being able to visit first is what made them comfortable paying for a digital product. If your Quick Heal Internet Security key ever fails to activate, we replace it or refund you, checked against your original sale. Order on WhatsApp today, or stop by the store and leave with a protected PC the same afternoon.

Common Questions About the Quick Heal Internet Security

How much is Quick Heal Internet Security 1 User in Kenya, and how do I pay?

Quick Heal Internet Security 1 User costs KSh 2,200 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD for a genuine 1-year licence. That works out to about KSh 6 a day of protection for one Windows PC. You pay through M-Pesa or in person at our Kimathi Street store, and the key arrives by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour. The 2 User pack costs KSh 2,500, only KSh 300 more, if a second computer at home needs cover.

Is the Quick Heal Internet Security key from Mascom International genuine or cracked?

Every Quick Heal Internet Security key Mascom International sells is a genuine licence sourced through authorized channels. It activates through Quick Heal's own registration process, so the program downloads official virus definitions and security patches for the full year. Cracked copies and recycled keys often get blocked without warning, and some carry malware of their own. Because we run a walk-in store in Nairobi CBD, you can see exactly who you are buying from before you pay a shilling.

How soon does the Quick Heal Internet Security key reach me after I pay?

The Quick Heal Internet Security key reaches you by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of confirmed payment. During store hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, most keys go out within minutes. If you pay late at night or on a Sunday, the team sends your key when the store opens at 9:00 AM on the next working day. You can also wait at the counter and receive it in person.

How do I install and activate Quick Heal Internet Security on my laptop?

Activation takes a few steps on Windows 11, 10, 8.1 or 8. First, uninstall any other antivirus, because two security programs on one PC cause conflicts. Then download the official installer from the link we send, run it with administrator rights, and enter your product key when asked. Registration needs an internet connection and a few details, such as your name and email address. The licence then runs for 12 months from that activation.

Is a Quick Heal Internet Security key region-locked, or will it work on my Windows PC in Kenya?

The Quick Heal Internet Security keys Mascom International sells are supplied for the Kenyan region and activate on any supported Windows PC here. The program runs on Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 8, in both 32-bit and 64-bit editions, and needs 4GB of RAM and 2.7GB of free disk space. It does not install on macOS, Android or iPhone, so this key is strictly for Windows computers.

Does Quick Heal Internet Security protect online banking on my computer?

Quick Heal Internet Security includes Safe Banking, which opens your banking sessions in a protected browser space in Chrome, Firefox or Edge. That matters for anyone logging into KCB, Equity or Co-op Bank internet banking from a laptop. Browsing protection and Scam Protection block known fake pages before they load, which helps against the phishing links that circulate in WhatsApp groups. It protects the PC only, so your phone's M-Pesa app needs its own care.

Should I buy Quick Heal Internet Security or Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro for one PC?

Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro 1 User costs KSh 1,600 at Mascom International, KSh 600 less than Quick Heal Internet Security 1 User at KSh 2,200. Both guard a Windows PC against viruses and ransomware. The Internet Security edition adds Safe Banking and wider protection for the time you spend online. Pick Internet Security if you bank, shop or file returns from the PC. Pick AntiVirus Pro for a machine used mainly offline for documents and printing.

What happens if my Quick Heal Internet Security key does not activate?

If a Quick Heal Internet Security key fails to activate, Mascom International replaces it or refunds you, checked against your original purchase. Send a screenshot of the error to +254 708 852 521 on WhatsApp, along with your M-Pesa confirmation message. Most failures come from another antivirus still installed or a typing slip, so our team first walks you through those checks. If the key itself is at fault, you get a working one or your money back.

Who is the Quick Heal Internet Security 1 User licence right for, and who should skip it?

The 1 User licence suits a student, freelancer or professional with one Windows laptop who wants banking and browsing protection for a year. Households with two or more PCs should skip it, since the 2 User pack at KSh 2,500 covers both for less than two single keys. Mac owners should skip it entirely, because Quick Heal Internet Security runs only on Windows. Anyone wanting phone and PC cover in one plan should ask about Norton 360 Deluxe.

Product Details

License Type and Validity

Genuine 1-year licence key — 12 months of official protection for a single Windows PC, renewable when it ends.
Covers 1 user, meaning one computer — the key activates on one machine at a time, not several.
KSh 2,200 for the year works out to about KSh 6 a day, less than most matatu fares in Nairobi.
Validity counts from activation, so a key bought today for a laptop arriving next week loses no days.
Renewing at the end of the year keeps virus definitions and security patches arriving with no gap in cover.

System Requirements

Windows 11, 10, 8.1 or 8, fully patched, in 32-bit or 64-bit editions — nearly every Windows PC in use today.
4GB of RAM or more — the same minimum that most current Windows laptops already meet out of the box.
2.7GB of free disk space — check your drive before installing, especially on older laptops with small storage.
Internet connection for activation and updates — a Safaricom or Airtel data bundle, or home Wi-Fi, both work.
Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher, plus Chrome, Firefox or Edge for Safe Banking and the browser sandbox.

Protection Features

Virus, malware and ransomware protection — scans files as they open and blocks programs that try to lock your documents.
Safe Banking — runs banking sessions in a protected browser space, keeping your login away from fake pages and snooping software.
Browsing protection and Scam Protection — blocks known harmful and fraudulent websites before they load in your browser.
Firewall with intrusion detection and prevention — watches network traffic and stops unwanted connections on hotel or campus Wi-Fi.
External drive protection — scans flash disks when you plug them in and blocks autorun, a common route for viruses.

How to Activate

Uninstall any existing antivirus first — two security programs on one PC slow it down and can cause crashes.
Download the official Quick Heal installer through the link Mascom International sends together with your key.
Close open programs and browsers, then run the installer with administrator rights so setup finishes cleanly.
Enter the product key when prompted and complete online registration with your name and email address.
Check the program dashboard afterwards, which confirms the licence status so you know protection is active.

Genuine vs Cracked

Genuine keys receive official virus definition updates regularly, so protection keeps pace with new threats as they appear.
Cracked antivirus usually cannot update, leaving the PC open to ransomware that spreads through email and flash disks.
Pirated keys are often resold many times and get blocked without warning, sometimes weeks after the buyer paid.
Fake activation tools downloaded from forums frequently carry malware of their own, defeating the point of protection.
A genuine licence comes with a real support route: Mascom International in Nairobi CBD and Quick Heal's own help resources.

Key delivered by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of confirmed payment, often within minutes during store hours.

Pay by M-Pesa or in person at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD.
Prefer to collect in person? Walk in, pay at the counter and receive your key before you leave the store.
