Norton 360 Deluxe for 5 devices is in stock at Mascom International, priced at KSh 3,800 for a genuine 1-year licence key. It protects any mix of Windows PCs, Macs, Android phones, iPhones and iPads, and Norton includes 50GB of cloud backup for Windows computers. Your key arrives by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of confirmed payment, then activates through your own Norton account. Every Norton 360 Deluxe 5-device licence also carries Secure VPN, a password manager, Dark Web Monitoring and parental controls. Buy online or at our store in Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD.

Designed for families of four or five, the Norton 360 Deluxe 5-device plan covers both parents' phones, a work laptop and the children's tablets under one account. Children in Kenyan homes now download games, school apps and videos on shared tablets, often over home fibre or Safaricom bundles. One fake game installer or phishing message can lock family photos behind ransomware or empty an M-Pesa wallet. Many online offers for cheap antivirus turn out to be cracked copies or keys already used by someone else. The Norton 360 Deluxe from Mascom International closes that gap with a key tied to a real, traceable sale.

Where most Nairobi key sellers operate only through a phone number, Mascom International runs a shop you can visit on Kimathi Street. If your key fails to activate, we replace it or refund you after checking the original sale. A genuine licence also keeps Norton's updates arriving all year, which matters as new scams target Kenyan mobile banking users. Buyers throughout Kenya report that the parental controls alone justify the Norton 360 Deluxe for a busy household. WhatsApp +254 708 852 521 to order, or call in Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Common Questions About the Norton 360 Deluxe

What is the Norton 360 Deluxe 5-device price in Kenya, and which payment options can I use?

The Norton 360 Deluxe 5-device key sells for KSh 3,800 at Mascom International, Nairobi CBD, for a full year of protection. Split across five devices, that is KSh 760 per device, or about KSh 10.40 a day for the whole household. Pay through M-Pesa or at our counter, and we release the key once payment confirms. The 3-device Deluxe costs KSh 2,800, so the two extra device slots cost KSh 1,000.

How can I be sure the Norton 360 Deluxe 5-device key is authentic?

Mascom International supplies Norton 360 Deluxe keys only through legitimate, authorized channels, and each one registers to your own Norton account. You install the app from Norton's official website, never from a file a seller sends you. If you can see the subscription and its end date inside your Norton account, the licence is genuine. Shared or stacked keys fail that test, because another buyer's account already holds them, and Norton can block them at any time.

Once I pay, where does the key arrive and how long does it take?

Your Norton 360 Deluxe key arrives by email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of confirmed payment, often within minutes during working hours. We send it to whichever channel you choose when ordering. Payments made after 7:00 PM, or on a Sunday, are handled at the start of the next working day. Walk-in buyers at our Kimathi Street store receive the key at the counter, and we can install it on a phone or laptop you bring along.

Can I protect my children's tablets and my own laptop with one Norton 360 Deluxe key?

Yes, one Norton 360 Deluxe key covers five devices, and they can belong to different family members under one Norton account. Install Norton on each child's tablet or phone using download links sent from the account. Parental Control lets you set screen-time limits, filter websites and see what the children search for, managed from your own phone. Note that Parental Control does not run on Mac or Android, so plan to use it on Windows devices and iPhones.

Should I buy Norton 360 Deluxe or Kaspersky Plus for five devices?

Norton 360 Deluxe for 5 devices costs KSh 3,800 at Mascom International, KSh 100 less than Kaspersky Plus for 5 devices at KSh 3,900. Norton includes parental controls and 50GB of cloud backup in this plan. Kaspersky keeps its child-safety app for the Kaspersky Premium tier, which costs KSh 4,500 for 5 devices. Families who want child controls and backup at the lower price should pick Norton. Buyers already used to Kaspersky's apps may prefer staying with Kaspersky Plus.

Is the Norton 360 Deluxe 5-device key locked to a region, and how long does it run?

The Norton 360 Deluxe keys at Mascom International are supplied for the Kenyan region and activate on a Norton account created here. The subscription lasts 12 months from the day you enter the key. Privacy Monitor is the one feature Norton limits to the United States and Canada, so Kenyan users do without it. Antivirus, Secure VPN, cloud backup, Dark Web Monitoring and parental controls all work normally on Kenyan accounts, on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

How does the 50GB cloud backup help during a KPLC power cut or a laptop theft?

The 50GB cloud backup in Norton 360 Deluxe keeps copies of chosen files from your Windows PC on Norton's servers. If a power surge after a KPLC outage kills a hard drive, or a laptop is stolen on a matatu, those files can be restored to a new computer. Fifty gigabytes holds about 16,000 photos of 3MB each, or years of school and office documents. Backup runs only on Windows, so Mac and phone users need another option.

Is the 5-device Norton 360 Deluxe a good fit for my family, or should I choose another plan?

The 5-device Norton 360 Deluxe fits households with four or five devices, and parents who want parental controls on the children's devices. Skip it if you only use a phone and a laptop, because the 3-device Deluxe saves KSh 1,000. A home with six or more devices, or a small office, fits Norton 360 Premium better, since it covers 10 devices. Mac-only families lose cloud backup, Parental Control and SafeCam, so they get less from this plan.

What should I do if the Norton key shows an error during activation?

WhatsApp a screenshot of the error and your M-Pesa confirmation to +254 708 852 521, and Mascom International checks the key with you. If the Norton 360 Deluxe key genuinely fails, we replace it or refund you, verified against the original sale. Most errors come from a mistyped character or an expired Norton trial still on the device. We help you remove the old trial, then enter the key again on your Norton account.

Product Details

License Type and Validity

Licence: a genuine Norton 360 Deluxe 1-year product key, costing KSh 760 per device across the full term.
Device allowance: 5 devices on one Norton account, in any mix of Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone and iPad.
Daily cost: about KSh 10.40 a day for the whole household, less than a single short boda boda trip across town.
Moving devices: remove an old phone from the account and the freed slot passes to its replacement.
Next year: a new key entered on the same Norton account continues cover on all five devices, with no uninstalling or reinstalling needed.

System Requirements

Windows: supports Windows 11, 10, 8, 8.1 and 7 with Service Pack 1 or later; Windows 8 loses some features.
Mac: antivirus, Secure VPN and web protection run on macOS; Cloud Backup, Parental Control and SafeCam do not.
Android: phone and tablet protection covers malware scanning, VPN and safe browsing, without Cloud Backup or Parental Control.
iPhone and iPad: works on the current iOS version and the two versions released before it, so older family iPhones may still qualify.
Connection: setup, downloads and daily definition updates need internet, through home fibre, Safaricom, Airtel Kenya or Telkom.

Family and Privacy Features

Parental Control: website filters, screen-time limits and search reports for children's Windows devices, managed from a parent's phone.
Cloud Backup with 50GB: stores copies of Windows files online, about 16,000 photos at 3MB each.
Secure VPN on all 5 devices: encrypts traffic on public Wi-Fi in cafés, hotels, hospitals and campus libraries.
Password Manager: an encrypted vault for logins, so each family member can use strong, separate passwords without writing them down.
Dark Web Monitoring: alerts you when your email address or personal details turn up in leaked data online.

How to Activate

Open or sign in to a free Norton account on Norton's official website with an email address you control.
Enter the product key we send, and the 5-device subscription appears in the account, showing its end date and free slots.
Download the official installer on your main computer, then sign in with the same account details.
Use the account's send-a-link option to reach each family device by email or text message, then tap the link on that device to install.
Stuck at any step? Mascom International walks you through it on WhatsApp, or sets up each device with you at the store.

Genuine vs Cracked

Genuine keys keep receiving virus definitions and patches all year, while cracked versions often stop updating quietly.
Pirated installers from download sites sometimes hide spyware, the same threat the software should block.
Keys sold to several buyers get blocked by Norton, leaving every family device exposed overnight.
A genuine licence lives in your own account, so no seller can remove your devices later or change the login.
Families storing KRA PINs, school portal logins and eCitizen details on shared devices need protection that keeps working.
