Condition: New
Note: price and availability are subject to change without prior notice
EA Sports FC 27 is in stock at Mascom International, priced at KSh 8,500 for the brand new and sealed Xbox physical disc, marked for both Xbox Series X and Xbox One. Electronic Arts launched EA Sports FC 27 in September 2026, with Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé on the cover. This newly launched edition carries more than 21,000 players, 800 clubs and national teams, 130 stadiums and 35 leagues, including the UEFA Champions League and Premier League. Pick up EA Sports FC 27 from our first-floor shop in Old Mutual Building on Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for delivery.
Designed for players who want this season's squads, EA Sports FC 27 handles everything from late-night FUT sessions to long Career saves. Office workers in Upper Hill and Westlands, students at USIU and Moi University, and parents sharing one console with their children all ask us for the current edition. The frustration with an older football game is stale rosters that no longer match the real league table. EA Sports FC 27 fixes that with updated squads, a Career transfer market that prices players by form and club finances, livelier corners and rebalanced defensive AI.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that stock one platform at a time, Mascom International carries EA Sports FC 27 for Xbox, PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, so every household gets the right copy. Buyers throughout Kenya report that the Xbox disc is the easy choice for homes running an Xbox One alongside a newer Xbox Series X. Each EA Sports FC 27 copy arrives sealed and covered by our written warranty. Order on WhatsApp and pay with M-Pesa when the parcel reaches you, or inspect the case at our Kimathi Street counter.
Common Questions About EA Sports FC 27
What is the EA Sports FC 27 Xbox price in Kenya?
EA Sports FC 27 for Xbox sells for KSh 8,500 at Mascom International in Nairobi, brand new and sealed. The price buys one physical disc that runs on Xbox Series X and Xbox One, a 6-month disc warranty, and pay-on-arrival delivery to all 47 counties. You can pay in cash or by M-Pesa when the courier arrives. The previous edition, EA Sports FC 26 for Xbox, costs KSh 6,500, so the newer release adds KSh 2,000 to your bill.
Is EA Sports FC 27 worth KSh 2,000 more than EA Sports FC 26?
EA Sports FC 27 is worth the extra KSh 2,000 if you play FUT or want this season's squads; EA Sports FC 26 still suits offline Career players. The newer game brings The Grounds social hub on Xbox Series X, the FUT Gallery collection system, a reworked transfer market, and improved attacking and defending AI. EA Sports FC 26 keeps its Competitive and Authentic presets and 13 Archetypes. Pick EA Sports FC 27 if you follow transfers closely, and the older disc if saving money matters more.
Does EA Sports FC 27 on Xbox One include The Grounds?
No, The Grounds is listed for Xbox Series consoles and not for Xbox One, so Xbox One owners miss that feature in EA Sports FC 27. The Grounds is a new social space with three neighbourhoods inspired by football cultures around the world. There you create an avatar and learn from mentors including Mbappé, Chloe Kelly, Paulo Dybala and Alex Hunter. Career, FUT, Clubs and Kick-Off remain available on both consoles from this one disc.
How does the new EA Sports FC 27 Career transfer market work?
In EA Sports FC 27, Career transfer values now depend on a club's finances plus a player's potential, rating and current form. A striker on a scoring run therefore costs more, and a seller's bank balance shapes what fee it will accept. Bidding wars between rival clubs are new, along with fresh negotiation tactics when agreeing fees. For managers who spend whole weekends running a Premier League or LALIGA EA SPORTS side, this change makes EA Sports FC 27 feel different from earlier editions.
Do I need fast internet to play EA Sports FC 27 in Kenya?
Offline modes in EA Sports FC 27, such as Career and Kick-Off, need no internet once updates are installed. FUT, Clubs, The Grounds and online seasons need a steady connection, and on Xbox you also need a Game Pass plan with online multiplayer. Safaricom Home Fibre or an Airtel Kenya 4G router both work, though a cabled link to the console reduces lag in close matches. A small UPS on the router keeps you online through a brief KPLC dip.
Which leagues and stadiums are in EA Sports FC 27?
EA Sports FC 27 includes 35 leagues, more than 800 clubs and national teams, over 21,000 players and 130 stadiums. Licensed competitions include the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Premier League, Bundesliga, LALIGA EA SPORTS and the Arkema Première Ligue for women's football. Fans of Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool, the clubs most argued about in Kenyan homes and bars, will find their real kits and badges in EA Sports FC 27.
Can I play the EA Sports FC 27 disc on an Xbox Series S?
No, an Xbox Series S cannot play the EA Sports FC 27 disc, because that console has no disc drive. Series S owners should buy a digital copy from the Microsoft Store instead. This disc works on Xbox Series X and on Xbox One models that have a drive. If you are choosing a console now, Mascom International stocks the Xbox Series X 1TB, which reads discs, and the Xbox Series S for buyers who prefer digital games only.
Who should buy EA Sports FC 27, and who should skip it?
EA Sports FC 27 suits FUT regulars, Career managers who want current squads, and families with both an Xbox One and an Xbox Series X. Skip it if you play only casual offline matches a few times a month; EA Sports FC 26 at KSh 6,500 covers that well. Skip this Xbox disc if your main console is a PS5 or Nintendo Switch 2, since Mascom International stocks EA Sports FC 27 for those consoles too.
