Mascom International stocks the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy at KSh 2,300, cut in sizes for popular Samsung Galaxy phones. Each pack is brand new and sealed. The Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy uses tempered high silicone aluminum glass with a privacy tint that turns the display dark when viewed from the side. It has a 2.5D rounded rim and a black silk-print border that matches the phone's bezel. It sits KSh 500 below the Privacy AR version in the same Levelo line, and you can check it at our Kimathi Street shop in Nairobi CBD.
Designed for buyers who want privacy without paying for extras, the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy suits university students, office staff, receptionists, teachers and small traders. Shared desks, staff rooms and hostel corridors put your messages in plain view of whoever sits next to you. A privacy sheet fixes that for a fraction of the cost of a new phone screen. This version leaves out the anti-reflective coating, which keeps the price down and works well for people who spend most of the day indoors, under office lights or in a classroom.
Where most Nairobi electronics shops sell loose privacy film with no brand and no comeback, Mascom International offers Levelo's boxed glass with a 6-month warranty. Buyers throughout Kenya report that students at Kenyatta, JKUAT and Strathmore ask for the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy often, since it guards a phone on a modest budget. Galaxy sizes vary between models, so WhatsApp us your exact Galaxy model and we will confirm the size in stock before you order. The Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy ships pay-on-arrival across all 47 counties.
Common Questions About the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy
What does the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy cost in Kenya?
The Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy costs KSh 2,300 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD. That buys one sealed sheet in your Galaxy size, Mascom International's 6-month warranty and pay-on-arrival delivery nationwide. It is KSh 500 below the Levelo Silk Print Privacy AR Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy at KSh 2,800 and KSh 700 below the clear Levelo Silk Print AR Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy at KSh 3,000. Over six months, that is roughly KSh 13 a day.
What do I give up by choosing this sheet over the KSh 2,800 and KSh 3,000 Levelo options?
You give up the anti-reflective coating, which is the main gap between this sheet and its two Levelo Silk Print siblings. The Levelo Silk Print Privacy AR Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy at KSh 2,800 keeps the same side-view privacy but adds a glare-cutting layer for outdoor use. The Levelo Silk Print AR Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy at KSh 3,000 cuts glare with no privacy tint at all. If you work mainly indoors and want privacy, this KSh 2,300 sheet covers the need.
How does privacy glass without an anti-reflective layer cope outdoors in Kenya?
Indoors it performs well, but in direct Kenyan sunshine the screen will reflect more light than an AR-coated sheet. Privacy tints let less light reach the eye at angles, so a Galaxy fitted with the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy may need higher brightness when you read outside in Eldoret or Nakuru at noon. Shading the screen with your hand or stepping under a veranda helps. During long KPLC power cuts, remember that higher brightness uses more battery.
Is the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy a good choice for university students?
Yes, it is a sensible pick for students who want private screens on a tight budget. In lecture halls at the University of Nairobi or Moi University, classmates on either side see a dark display while you check results, chats or HELB messages. The tempered glass also shields the screen from the knocks of hostel life and crowded matatu rides home. Students can pay with M-Pesa on delivery, and the sheet is covered by Mascom International's 6-month warranty.
Will this glass survive dust, heat and the rainy season?
The tempered glass itself is unaffected by heat and dust, and its water-repelling coating helps rain bead off during the long and short rains. Dust is mainly a problem while fitting, because a single grain trapped underneath leaves a bubble. Fit the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy indoors with windows closed. Afterwards, wipe the surface with a soft cloth rather than your shirt, since grit from Nairobi's roadsides can scratch even hard glass over time.
Can I peel the protector off and put it back on later?
Removing a fitted screen protector usually ruins it, so treat each sheet as a single-use item. Once lifted, the adhesive picks up dust and hair, and the glass can flex and crack along its edge. If you fit it crooked, lift it gently straight away, clean the display again and retry quickly. For a fitting done right first time, bring your Galaxy to Mascom International on Kimathi Street and our team will help you line it up properly.
What happens if the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy cracks?
A crack in the protector usually means it did its job and absorbed an impact that would have reached your phone's display. Levelo describes this glass as explosion-proof, so a broken sheet tends to stay in one piece instead of scattering shards. Peel it off carefully and fit a fresh one. Accidental cracks from drops are not manufacturing defects, but Mascom International's 6-month warranty does cover faults such as lifting edges or coating defects under normal use.
Is the Levelo Silk Print Privacy Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy the right fit for my daily routine?
It fits if you want side-view privacy for KSh 2,300 and you spend most of your day indoors, such as students, clerks, nurses and call-centre agents. Skip it if you are outside for hours, because the Levelo Silk Print Privacy AR Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy handles glare better for KSh 500 more. Skip it as well if you share your screen often; the clear Levelo Silk Print AR Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy keeps every angle visible.
Technical Specifications
Core Function and Privacy Tint
- Angled-view privacy tint — people to your left and right see a darkened screen, while you see it normally from straight ahead.
- No anti-reflective coating — this sheet skips the glare layer, which keeps the cost lower and suits mostly indoor use.
- Impact buffer — the glass absorbs knocks and face-down drops that would otherwise crack the phone's own costlier display.
- Scratch resistance — hard tempered glass stands up to keys, coins and loose change sharing a pocket or handbag with your phone.
- Oil-repelling coating — an oleophobic layer reduces fingerprint smears, which show more clearly on darker privacy glass than on clear glass.
- Water-repelling coating — a hydrophobic layer lets drizzle and spilled tea bead up so a quick wipe clears the screen.
Compatibility Across Samsung Galaxy Sizes
- Galaxy-specific cuts — Levelo produces this sheet in sizes for popular Samsung Galaxy phones, with one exact size inside each pack.
- Confirm before ordering — WhatsApp your exact Galaxy model to Mascom International so we can confirm that size is currently on the shelf.
- Finding your model — open Settings, then About phone, and send us the model name shown there for an accurate match.
- Camera and sensor cutouts — each size is shaped around its own phone's front camera, so a near-match model will sit wrongly.
- Fingerprint reader — after fitting, delete and re-register your fingerprints so an in-display reader learns your finger through the glass.
- Case compatibility — the 2.5D flat fit stops short of the phone's edge, leaving room for most slim and rugged Galaxy cases.
Build and Tempered Glass Construction
- High silicone aluminum glass — a hardened aluminum-silicate blend tempered for strength, the same glass family used on phone displays.
- Explosion-proof sheet — Levelo states the glass holds together when cracked, so broken pieces stay stuck to the adhesive layer.
- 2.5D rounded rim — the edge is gently curved, so your thumb glides off it and the corners are less likely to chip.
- Black silk-print border — a printed frame that blends into the Galaxy bezel and hides the glass edge from view.
- Auto-exhaust adhesive — Levelo's adhesive pushes trapped air toward the edges as the sheet settles, reducing bubbles during home fitting.
- Thin construction — the sheet adds barely any bulk, so taps, swipes and typing stay responsive once it is fitted.
- Single-use fitting — like most tempered glass protectors, the sheet is meant to stay on once fitted rather than be reused.
