Spider-Man Miles Morales for PS5 is in stock at Mascom International for KSh 4,400, brand new and sealed in its retail case. Developed by Insomniac Games and published under PlayStation Studios, Spider-Man Miles Morales follows the young Marvel hero as he protects Harlem through a snowbound New York winter. The disc runs in dynamic 4K with HDR, offers 60fps performance modes, and uses DualSense haptics and adaptive triggers. You can buy Spider-Man Miles Morales at our store in Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for pay-on-arrival delivery anywhere in Kenya.
Spider-Man Miles Morales suits PS5 owners who want a complete open-world story they can finish over a few weekends, without paying what a 2023 release asks. University students at Kenyatta University and Strathmore who share one console in a hostel room get a single-player campaign that saves often, so a turn can end whenever the next player is waiting. Parents shopping for a teenager get a Teen-rated adventure with no online play required. The cover advertises Spider-Man Remastered, but that game comes as a voucher with a redemption deadline, so read the voucher answer below before you order.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that sell game boxes on their cover art alone, Mascom International tells you plainly what sits on the disc and what depends on a code. Spider-Man Miles Morales is on the disc in full, and it plays without an internet connection once the console is set up. Buyers throughout Kenya tell us they pick Spider-Man Miles Morales as a first PS5 game because it shows off the console's loading speed and controller feedback at a lower price than newer titles. Walk in to Kimathi Street to see the sealed box, or order by WhatsApp and pay when the parcel arrives.
Common Questions About the Spider-Man Miles Morales
How much is Spider-Man Miles Morales for PS5 in Kenya?
Spider-Man Miles Morales for PS5 costs KSh 4,400 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD, brand new and sealed. That price covers the game disc in its retail case and the 6-month disc warranty set out further down. Delivery is pay-on-arrival, so you settle in cash or by M-Pesa once the parcel reaches you. If you are weighing it against Spider-Man 2 at KSh 6,300, the gap between the two discs is KSh 1,900.
Does the Spider-Man Miles Morales box still include Spider-Man Remastered?
Spider-Man Miles Morales is on the disc, but Spider-Man Remastered comes only as a voucher code printed for the box. That code needs a PlayStation Network account and an internet connection to redeem, and it carries a redemption expiry date. Sony's own product page gives that deadline as 1 January 2024 for this voucher, so Mascom International cannot promise the code will still work. If Spider-Man Remastered matters to you, WhatsApp +254 708 852 521 before ordering and we will read you what the box in stock says.
Spider-Man Miles Morales vs Spider-Man 2, which should I buy?
Spider-Man Miles Morales costs KSh 4,400 at Mascom International against KSh 6,300 for Spider-Man 2, and it came out in 2020 against 2023 for the sequel. Miles is the only playable hero in Spider-Man Miles Morales, while Spider-Man 2 lets you switch between two heroes, Peter Parker and Miles, across a larger map. Pick Spider-Man Miles Morales for a shorter, cheaper story that still shows what the PS5 can do. Pick Spider-Man 2 if you want the newest chapter and a bigger city to explore.
Do I need internet to play Spider-Man Miles Morales on PS5 in Kenya?
No, Spider-Man Miles Morales plays from the disc without an internet connection once your PS5 is set up. A connection helps in two places. The 60fps mode with ray tracing arrived in a December 2020 update, so a disc pressed before it downloads that patch first, which runs fine on Safaricom Home Fibre or Zuku. The Spider-Man Remastered voucher also needs PlayStation Network to redeem. If a power cut hits mid-mission, the game's frequent autosaves mean you usually lose only a few minutes of progress.
How does Spider-Man Miles Morales look and run on a PS5?
Spider-Man Miles Morales lets you choose between a sharper picture and smoother motion. Fidelity mode runs at dynamic 4K with HDR and ray-traced reflections on glass towers. Performance mode targets 60fps for faster combat, and Performance RT mode keeps ray-traced reflections at a 60fps target after the update. The PS5 SSD cuts fast-travel loading to a short pause. On a 1080p television the game still looks clean, so a 4K HDR set is a bonus rather than a requirement.
Will this Spider-Man Miles Morales disc play on a PS5 Digital Edition or a PS4?
This Spider-Man Miles Morales disc needs a PS5 that can read discs: a standard model with a built-in drive, or a Digital Edition fitted with the separate Disc Drive from Sony. A PS4 cannot read a PS5 game disc, even though a separate PS4 version of the game exists. PS5 game discs are not region-locked, so a European or US box works on a console bought in Kenya. If you are unsure which PS5 you own, send Mascom International a photo of it on WhatsApp.
Is Spider-Man Miles Morales suitable for a younger player?
Spider-Man Miles Morales carries an ESRB Teen rating, meaning the ESRB considers it suitable for ages 13 and up. Sony lists the descriptors as Blood, Drug Reference, Language and Violence, with combat built around punches, gadgets and electric blasts rather than graphic gore. There is no online chat, so a teenager plays without contact from strangers. Younger children may enjoy the swinging but find some story moments heavy, so ask the Mascom International team on WhatsApp about specific scenes before buying.
Who should buy Spider-Man Miles Morales, and who should skip it?
Spider-Man Miles Morales suits new PS5 owners, teenagers and anyone who wants a full open-world game without a huge time commitment. It is the wrong buy if you already finished it on PS4 and want fresh content, or if you mainly want the Spider-Man Remastered story, since that part rests on a dated voucher. Players who want the longer campaign and two playable heroes should take Spider-Man 2 at KSh 6,300 from Mascom International instead. Friends wanting couch multiplayer should look at a two-player football title.
