Dying Light 2 Stay Human is available at Mascom International for KSh 5,800 as a PS4 disc, brand new and sealed. Made by the Polish studio Techland and released in February 2022, it is an open-world survival action game set about 20 years after the original Dying Light. You play as Aiden Caldwell, a wanderer searching for his lost sister in Villedor, a walled city overrun by infected. Dying Light 2 Stay Human carries an 18+ rating for extreme violence and strong language. Pick up your copy at our Old Mutual Building store on Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD.
Built for adult gamers across Kenya who want a large world to explore, Dying Light 2 Stay Human mixes rooftop parkour, close-range melee combat and night-time survival. Many players finish short action games in a weekend and then have nothing left to do. This game answers that with a sprawling city, side quests and story choices that change parts of Villedor. Friends in Kilimani, Nakuru or Eldoret can join one another online in co-op for up to four players, while solo players get the complete story offline once the game is installed.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that mix used discs in with sealed stock, Mascom International sells Dying Light 2 Stay Human factory wrapped, so you are the first person to open it. A physical disc can be shared with a sibling or sold on when you finish, which a digital download cannot. At Mascom International, we're seeing steady demand for open-world games from players who want months of value from one purchase. Come to Kimathi Street to collect Dying Light 2 Stay Human, or message us on WhatsApp for pay-on-arrival delivery to your door.
Common Questions About Dying Light 2 Stay Human
What is the Dying Light 2 Stay Human PS4 price in Kenya?
Dying Light 2 Stay Human for PS4 sells for KSh 5,800 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD, brand new and sealed. For that amount you get the physical Blu-ray disc in its original case, plus a 6-month warranty on disc defects. You can pay on arrival by cash or M-Pesa when the sealed copy reaches you, anywhere in Kenya. The full base game is on the disc; optional add-ons and in-game currency on PlayStation Store cost extra.
Can I play Dying Light 2 Stay Human co-op with friends in Kenya?
Yes, Dying Light 2 Stay Human supports online co-op for up to four players, with each person needing their own console and copy. Online play requires a PlayStation Plus subscription for every player who joins. Co-op works best on a stable connection, so Safaricom Home Fibre, Zuku or a strong Airtel or Telkom line will give fewer dropouts than a weak mobile hotspot. Local split-screen is not offered, so friends on one sofa cannot share a single console.
Does the Dying Light 2 Stay Human PS4 disc play on PS5?
Yes, the Dying Light 2 Stay Human PS4 disc runs on a PS5 with a disc drive through Sony's backward compatibility. This covers the standard PS5, plus PS5 Slim Digital and PS5 Pro consoles fitted with the add-on disc drive. A PS5 Digital Edition without a drive cannot read it. Sony warns that some PS4 features may be absent on PS5. For questions about the separate PS5 version of the game, WhatsApp our team before buying.
How does Dying Light 2 Stay Human compare with the original Dying Light?
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is the 2022 sequel, set 20 years after the first game in a new city called Villedor. It offers a larger map, more parkour moves, a paraglider and grappling hook, and story choices that reshape districts. The original Dying Light, from 2015, is grittier and more focused on pure survival. Pick the sequel if you want a bigger world and co-op story; start with the original only if you want the full saga in order.
Will Dying Light 2 Stay Human run well on a base PS4 during Kenyan power cuts?
Dying Light 2 Stay Human runs on every PS4 model, from the original console to the PS4 Pro, which handles detail and frame rates more smoothly. The game autosaves regularly, so a KPLC outage normally sets you back only a short stretch of play. Pair your console with a UPS if your estate in Nairobi or Kisumu loses power often. Expect the first patch download to be large, so plan it on an unlimited home connection rather than mobile data bundles.
Who should buy Dying Light 2 Stay Human and who should skip it?
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is for adults who enjoy open worlds, climbing, crafting weapons and tense night-time chases. Parents should note its 18+ rating for extreme violence and strong language, so it is not for younger players. Gamers who dislike horror or jump scares may find the night sections too stressful. If you prefer a lighter open world for the whole family, a game rated for younger players, such as a racing or sports title, is the better fit.
How long does it take to finish Dying Light 2 Stay Human?
Dying Light 2 Stay Human is a long game, with a main story that keeps most players busy for several weeks of evening play. Side quests, hidden collectibles and optional challenges add many more hours for players who want to explore every district of Villedor. Story choices also change some outcomes, which gives a reason to replay. Customers across Nairobi tell us it is one of the better value discs for anyone wanting a single game to last a long holiday.
Does Dying Light 2 Stay Human need internet to play single player?
No, Dying Light 2 Stay Human plays offline in single player once it is installed from the disc. You will want to connect at least once to download updates, since Techland has added fixes, new features and free content since launch. A PlayStation Plus subscription is not needed for solo play. If your home has limited internet, you can download the patch at a friend's place on fibre, then play the campaign anywhere without a connection.
