Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra | 256GB Storage | 12GB RAM | Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 | 200MP Quad Camera
A screen that hides your banking balance from the stranger beside you, with charging quick enough for packed workdays.
Condition: New
Note: price and availability are subject to change without prior notice
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB 12GB is now available at Mascom International for KSh 129,000, brand new and sealed with a 24-month East Africa warranty. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra runs the 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy behind a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel refreshing at 120Hz. Around the back sit four cameras: a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide, a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 50MP 5x telephoto. A 5000mAh battery accepts 60W wired charging. Pick one up at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD.
Built for banking professionals, lawyers and business executives across Kenya, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra solves a problem most phones ignore: people reading your screen over your shoulder. Its built-in Privacy Display narrows the viewing angle when you switch it on. A balance in the KCB or Equity app then stays private in a crowded matatu or a banking hall queue. The built-in S Pen signs PDFs and marks up contracts between meetings. With 12GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra keeps Outlook, Teams, Excel and WhatsApp Business open together without reloading.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya, Mascom International lets you hold the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, switch the Privacy Display on, and compare it against the S25 Ultra on the same counter before you pay. The 256GB tier suits buyers who back photos up to Google Photos or OneDrive and want Samsung's best camera, chip and stylus at the lowest Ultra entry price on our shelves. Customers across Nairobi tell us the anti-reflective glass alone changed how they read maps outdoors. Order for pay-on-arrival delivery, or walk in and leave with your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra the same day.
Common Questions About the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra
Is the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB worth KSh 129,000 in Kenya?
Yes, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB is the cheapest way into Samsung's top phone at Mascom International. You get the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, four rear cameras, Privacy Display and S Pen as the 512GB and 1TB versions. The only differences are storage space and price. If your photos live in the cloud, 256GB covers several years of normal use. Spread over three years, KSh 129,000 works out to about KSh 118 per day for a phone you will rely on every working hour.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra vs Galaxy S25 Ultra, which should you buy?
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra costs KSh 14,000 more than the 256GB Galaxy S25 Ultra at Mascom International, and that money buys four real upgrades. You get the Privacy Display, 60W charging instead of 45W, a brighter f/1.4 main camera aperture for low light, and a newer chip. The S25 Ultra keeps a titanium frame and the same 6.9-inch screen size. Choose the S26 Ultra if privacy and charging speed matter, and the S25 Ultra if price matters most.
How does the Privacy Display on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra work?
The Privacy Display on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra limits how far to the side the screen can be read, so people next to you see a dim panel. You see the screen normally from the front. You can turn it on for the whole phone or only for chosen apps, such as M-Pesa, your banking app or email. Unlike a stick-on privacy film, it costs no brightness when switched off and leaves the anti-reflective glass untouched. Lawyers reviewing case files on the way to Milimani Law Courts find it especially useful.
Does the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra support Safaricom 5G?
Yes, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra supports 5G on Safaricom, plus 4G on Airtel Kenya and Telkom Kenya. In Safaricom 5G areas of Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Nakuru, large downloads and video calls run noticeably faster than on 4G. The phone takes a physical nano-SIM and also supports eSIM, so you can keep a personal Safaricom line and a business Airtel line active together. Wi-Fi 7 support also helps on newer home and office routers.
Is 256GB enough storage on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra?
For most buyers, 256GB on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is enough, as long as you back up photos. A typical 12MP photo takes about 4MB, so even 100GB of free space holds around 25,000 shots. Heavy 4K or 8K video shooters fill space much faster and should consider the 512GB model. There is no memory card slot on any Galaxy S26 Ultra, so pick your storage carefully because it cannot be expanded later. Our team can set up automatic cloud backup with you in store before you leave.
How fast does the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra charge?
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra reaches about 75% charge in 30 minutes with a 60W USB-C PD charger that supports PPS. That makes a quick top-up before leaving the office genuinely useful during a Kenya Power outage. Wireless charging runs at up to 25W on Qi2.2 pads, and the phone can share 4.5W with earbuds or a watch. No charger comes in the box, so a 60W-capable adapter is needed to reach full speed.
What can the S Pen do on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra?
The S Pen on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra lives inside the phone body, so it is always with you and never needs pairing. You can sign contracts, annotate PDFs, sketch site plans, take handwritten notes in Samsung Notes and convert them to typed text. It also helps with precise photo editing and selecting small text. The S Pen works without charging, but it does not support Bluetooth remote functions such as camera shutter control. Real estate agents and engineers use it daily for quick markups on site photos and floor plans.
Who should buy the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB, and who should skip it?
Buy the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 256GB if you want Samsung's best camera, the S Pen and the Privacy Display while keeping your photos in the cloud. Skip it if you film long 4K videos often, because the 512GB model suits that better. Skip it too if you never use a stylus or zoom camera. The Galaxy S26 Plus at Mascom International gives you current-generation Galaxy speed, a 6.7-inch screen and a lower price, which suits buyers who mainly message, browse and stream.
