PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition is in stock at Mascom International, priced at KSh 14,000, brand new and sealed in Sony's retail box. Sony made this two-tone edition for the 2022 launch of God of War Ragnarok, and it carries two wolves printed across the touch pad. Under the artwork sits full DualSense hardware: haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, a microphone and a headset jack. The PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition charges by USB-C and works with every PS5 model. Collect yours from Old Mutual Building, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for delivery.
Designed for fans who finished the Norse saga and want a piece of it on the coffee table, the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition doubles as a daily driver. Plenty of players in Westlands, Ruaka and Nakuru buy a themed pad as their main controller and keep the white one as a spare. Others save the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition for single-player epics and hand the standard pad to visitors. Because it is a limited run, sealed new stock keeps getting harder to find in Kenya. Buying one now saves chasing a used unit of unknown history on a Facebook marketplace later.
Unlike other electronics retailers in Kenya that list limited editions they cannot actually supply, Mascom International holds the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition on the shelf in Nairobi. It costs KSh 14,000, the same as our Fortnite and Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition pads, so you choose on artwork alone. Customers across Nairobi tell us they want to see a collector piece in person before paying. Walk into the Kimathi Street shop to inspect the box, or message us on WhatsApp for pay-on-arrival delivery to your county.
Common Questions About the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition
What is the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition price in Kenya?
Mascom International sells the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition for KSh 14,000, brand new and sealed, at our Nairobi CBD shop. The price covers a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects plus pay-on-arrival delivery across Kenya. It is KSh 4,100 above the standard white DualSense at KSh 9,900, a gap that pays for the themed artwork and limited supply. The box has no USB cable, so you charge it with the cable that shipped with your PS5. Payment by M-Pesa or cash is accepted on delivery.
Should I buy the God of War Ragnarok edition or the Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition DualSense?
Both cost KSh 14,000 at Mascom International and share identical hardware, so the decision comes down to which game you love more. The PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition uses a two-tone look with wolves on the touch pad. The Spider-Man 2 edition draws on that game's two heroes instead. Neither plays better than the other. Choose God of War if Kratos and Atreus are your favourite PlayStation story. Choose Spider-Man 2 if you prefer bright colours and New York swinging.
Will the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition stay looking new in Kenyan dust and humidity?
The PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition keeps its printed artwork well with basic care, even in Nairobi dust or Mombasa's coastal humidity. Wipe it weekly with a dry microfibre cloth, since dust from busy roads settles fast in Kenyan living rooms. Avoid alcohol sprays and harsh cleaners, which can dull printed finishes over time. In humid towns along the coast, store it off the floor and away from damp walls. A hard carrying case protects the shell and the sticks when you travel to a friend's place.
Do I need to own God of War Ragnarok to use this controller?
No, the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition works with every PS5 game, not only Ragnarok. It plays EA Sports FC, Call of Duty, Gran Turismo 7 and Astro Bot exactly like a standard DualSense. The theme is purely visual, and no game content comes in the box. If you do own Ragnarok, the haptics make axe throws and Leviathan recalls feel weighty under your hands. Players new to the series often start with God of War from 2018, then move on to Ragnarok.
Will the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition work with my PlayStation 5 Slim or PlayStation 5 Pro?
Yes, the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition pairs with the original PS5, the PlayStation 5 Slim and the PlayStation 5 Pro. Connect it once with a USB-C cable and press the PS button to register it, then play wirelessly. Disc and digital consoles behave the same. It also works on a Windows PC through Steam. It will not run games on a PS4 console, because Sony does not support DualSense pads there.
Who should buy the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition, and who should skip it?
The PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition fits God of War fans, collectors and anyone buying a gift for a serious PlayStation player. Skip it if you only need a working spare, because the Color Edition pads at KSh 9,900 save you KSh 4,100 with the same features. Skip it too if you want trigger stops and back buttons for ranked play; the DualSense Edge Controller at KSh 28,000 suits that better. Xbox owners need the Xbox Wireless Controller at KSh 8,000.
Is the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition a good gift?
The PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition makes a strong gift because it is useful every day and still feels like a collectible. Gamers who finished the story recognise the wolves on the touch pad instantly. The sealed retail box looks good wrapped, and it fits under KSh 15,000. Parents in Kisumu and Thika often order it for birthdays or school-leaver celebrations after KCSE. We can deliver to a different address from the buyer, with payment collected on arrival.
How do I know the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition is genuine and not a copy?
A genuine PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition registers with a PS5 instantly, gives working adaptive trigger resistance in supported games, and updates its firmware through the console. Copies sold online in Kenya often skip adaptive triggers entirely or show blurry print on the touch pad. Mascom International sources sealed Sony stock and can open the box in front of you at our Kimathi Street shop. Your receipt then supports any warranty claim at our service desk.
Technical Specifications
Gameplay Features
- Haptic feedback — twin actuators produce detailed vibration, so footsteps on snow feel different from a heavy axe strike.
- Adaptive triggers — L2 and R2 change their resistance in supported games, adding tension when you aim, throw or draw a bow.
- Integrated microphone — lets you chat in online lobbies without wearing a headset, with a mute button below the PS button.
- Built-in speaker — plays short effects straight from the controller, adding an extra layer of sound near your hands.
- Motion sensors — a gyroscope and accelerometer read tilt and movement for games that offer motion aiming.
- Firmware updates — the PS5 installs controller updates automatically, which can improve pairing, battery handling and new features over time.
Controls and Power
- Clickable touch pad — handles swipes and menu shortcuts, and in this edition it carries the two-wolf artwork.
- Create button — saves screenshots and gameplay clips you can share with friends or post to social media.
- 3.5mm audio jack — accepts wired earphones or a headset for game sound and team voice chat.
- Rechargeable internal battery — no disposable batteries needed; it tops up whenever the controller is plugged in.
- USB-C charging port — uses the same cable type as most modern Android phones, so spare cables are easy to find.
- Power bank charging — any USB-C power bank tops it up during KPLC outages, so the pad is ready once the console returns.
Compatibility and Platforms
- All PS5 consoles — pairs with the original PS5, PlayStation 5 Slim and PlayStation 5 Pro, including digital editions.
- Windows PC — Steam supports it by cable or Bluetooth, with haptics and triggers working in games that enable them.
- Mac and Apple devices — pairs over Bluetooth with recent macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS versions for supported games.
- Android phones — connects over Bluetooth for cloud gaming and the PS Remote Play app on a home connection.
- PS4 consoles — not supported for PS4 play, so keep a DualShock 4 pad if you still run an older console.
Build and Design
- Two-tone shell — a split colour scheme drawn from God of War Ragnarok, setting it apart from Sony's single-colour pads.
- Wolf artwork on the touch pad — two wolves printed across the centre surface, a nod to the game's Norse mythology.
- Limited edition run — Sony produced it in restricted numbers for the 2022 game launch, so new stock is finite.
- Standard DualSense shape — the same grips, button layout and size as any regular PS5 controller, with no learning curve.
- Light bar and player lights — show which player you are and confirm charging with a soft pulse.
- Textured underside grips — a fine dotted texture on the back helps your hands stay steady through long boss fights.
Inclusions
- One PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition in Sony's themed retail box, factory sealed.
- Printed paperwork from Sony covering safety, pairing steps and regulatory details.
- No USB-C cable in the box — the PS5 console cable or any data-capable USB-C cable charges it.
- No game code or digital content — the theme is visual only, so the game is bought separately.
- Ready to use out of the box after a one-time cable pairing with your console.
Package Contents
Open the box and you will find the PS5 DualSense Controller God of War Ragnarok Limited Edition and Sony's printed paperwork, nothing more. Sony does not pack a USB cable with standalone DualSense controllers, so charge it with the cable from your PS5 or any data-capable USB-C cable. No game code is included, since the theme is artwork only. Mascom International keeps USB-C cables and DualSense charging stations in stock if you want an extra.
