Madden NFL 25 for PS5 is available at Mascom International for KSh 6,300, brand new and sealed in its original physical disc case. Published by EA Sports and released on August 16, 2024, Madden NFL 25 carries Christian McCaffrey on the cover of this standard edition and holds an ESRB Everyone rating. The disc includes BOOM Tech tackling, the rebuilt Franchise draft and the Superstar career mode, with 1-4 players offline on one console. Pick up Madden NFL 25 at Old Mutual Building, First Floor Room 4, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD, or order it for delivery anywhere in Kenya.
Built for American football fans who want a full NFL season without paying new-release money, this edition suits households sharing one PS5. Two friends can run a single Madden NFL 25 Franchise together on the couch, trading play calls across a long Sunday afternoon. Gaming lounge operators in Rongai and Kahawa West often keep an older sports title like this on a spare station for walk-in players. Because Franchise and Superstar run offline once installed, a weak data bundle or a slow home connection never stops your season halfway through the week.
Newer editions do exist: Madden NFL 26 followed in 2025 and Madden NFL 27 arrived in August 2026, each with fresher rosters and new features. Madden NFL 25 remains the value pick for players who care more about offline Franchise depth than this season's player ratings. Where most Nairobi electronics shops sell game discs with no after-sales cover at all, Mascom International adds a 6-month disc warranty and a physical counter you can walk back to. Buyers throughout Kenya tell us an older Madden at this price is the easiest way into the series. Pay by M-Pesa on arrival or collect in person.
Common Questions About the Madden NFL 25
How much is Madden NFL 25 for PS5 in Kenya?
Madden NFL 25 for PS5 costs KSh 6,300 at Mascom International in Nairobi CBD, supplied as a physical disc in its original shrink-wrap. That price covers the standard edition with Christian McCaffrey on the cover, plus the 6-month disc warranty set out further down this page. Delivery is pay-on-arrival across Kenya, so you hand over cash or mobile money only after the parcel is in your hands. The disc carries no Deluxe early-access items or bonus packs, so expect the full base game and nothing extra.
Is Madden NFL 25 still worth buying in 2026?
Yes, if you mostly play offline and want Madden at a lower price than the newest edition. Madden NFL 25 includes full Franchise, Superstar career mode and local multiplayer, none of which need an internet connection once the game is installed. The trade-off is age: rosters reflect the 2024 NFL season, and EA now directs roster updates and MUT events to Madden NFL 26 and Madden NFL 27. If this season's lineups or competitive MUT play matter to you, a newer edition fits better.
Madden NFL 25 vs Madden NFL 27, which is better for you?
Madden NFL 27 is the current edition, while Madden NFL 25 covers the core game at an older-title price. Madden NFL 25 launched on August 16, 2024, and Madden NFL 27 arrived on August 13, 2026, two full NFL seasons later. Madden NFL 25 rosters reflect 2024; Madden NFL 27 carries current rosters, Caleb Williams on its Deluxe cover and a Franchise mode rebuilt around EA's Persona Engine. Choose Madden NFL 27 for current players and active online seasons. Choose Madden NFL 25 at KSh 6,300 for offline Franchise and couch games.
Can you play Madden NFL 25 without a constant internet connection in Kenya?
Yes, Madden NFL 25 plays offline once the disc is installed, which suits homes running on tight data bundles. Franchise, Superstar and local head-to-head games all run from the disc and your console storage, with no online check during play. The first install may prompt an update download, so run it on Safaricom Home Fibre, Zuku or a friend's Wi-Fi rather than mobile data. Online modes, including MUT, need PS Plus. After a KPLC outage, your last Franchise save is still waiting on the console.
How many players can join a Madden NFL 25 game on one PS5?
Madden NFL 25 supports 1-4 players offline on a single PS5, each holding their own DualSense controller. That covers solo Franchise sessions, head-to-head matches between two friends, and family games with four controllers connected at once. Online play reaches up to 6 players, and every online player needs an active PS Plus membership. Most PS5 boxes ship with only one controller, so check how many your household owns before game night. Extra PS5 DualSense Controllers are sold separately at Mascom International.
Will the Madden NFL 25 disc work on every PS5 model?
The Madden NFL 25 disc runs on any PS5 with a working disc drive, including the original disc model and the standard PlayStation 5 Slim. Digital Edition consoles and the PlayStation 5 Pro ship without a drive, so they need the detachable Disc Drive attached first. This disc does not play on a PS4, even though EA sold a separate PS4 version. PS5 games carry no region lock, so this copy works on consoles bought in Kenya, Dubai or the UK.
What changed in Madden NFL 25 gameplay compared with Madden NFL 24?
Madden NFL 25 introduced BOOM Tech, a physics-based tackling system new to the series that year. Collisions depend on player weight, speed and contact angle, so a linebacker meeting a running back head-on plays out differently each time. EA also rebuilt the Hit Stick and added a Ball Carrier Balance System, letting runners stumble, recover and keep driving forward. Franchise gained a rebuilt NFL Draft and Franchise Central for creating leagues. The PlayStation Store lists these systems as PS5 features.
Who should buy Madden NFL 25, and who should skip it?
Madden NFL 25 suits budget-minded NFL fans, families sharing one console and gaming lounges adding a cheaper sports station. It also suits newcomers who want to learn the playbook before paying for a newer Madden. Skip it if you play MUT seriously, follow weekly roster changes, or want 2026 rookies on your team; Madden NFL 27 serves you better. If your friends mean soccer when they say football, EA Sports FC 26 makes the better couch game. Ask Mascom International on WhatsApp which newer sports titles are in stock.
